I checked the comic ~8 min late, and couldn't believe there still wasn't a thread.
On the topic of the comic update:
Oh noes Kat you can't drive him from his room. His very own room.
Also, I really wasn't expecting this.

This wednesday's page will be exciting: I get the feeling that we're going to see the difference between how Kat saw Robeman vs Annie and Mort's perception.

If Kat doesn't want to be seen as a divine creature, she got to stop ordering around weird beeings like this. =)

Also, Annie and Mort's faces in the second-to-last panel; hilarious! Yeah, I think we finally get to find out what they were seeing...

I was not expecting crummy guy to yield like that. Just what do these folks see in the Life of the Party, anyway?

I liked the half disbelieving "But it's myyyyyyyy roooooooooooom..." as he was banished from his own domain.
Could be they see Zimmyvision Kat, and aren't going to mess with that the business of a thing like that.

Well, my 2¢ to the topic are that Donlan's short temper has got a lot of screentime recently, might be this may cause her some major negative consequences in future plots; even give potential as her to rise as a mojor antagonist against Annie/Forest/Court.

I sure hope he's not getting the Pumpkin Police or whoever claims to run that place, because Kat Donlan might have to regulate

I half expect that registrar guy from the lobby (or his representatives) to start harassing them for messing with things. I guess it depends on how touchy the librarian is. He might just sulk outside the door until they leave.

Okay. Gunnerkrigg Court is officially among the finest work being produced in its medium today. Maybe the finest.
I have been visiting this site regularly ever since page two of chapter seven. I knew I would like this comic just from Eglamore's face in the center panel of that page. Soon after, I decided this little comic would grow into something great.
I had no idea how great.
The story-telling mechanic that has been employed in this chapter is fantastic and I think truly unique in the genre. Showing the visuals of the ROTD exclusively through Kat's perspective is inspired. Witnessing the past fourteen pages come out and gradually realizing what was going on has been one of the most enjoyable reading experiences I have ever had.
I've had it figured out for a while now, but something about this page, for me, has really sealed in the excellence of what is happening. After lurking for so long I finally had to say something. Also, I too suspect (or at least very much hope!) that we will see Mort and Annie's view of the ROTD very soon.
I have been following several extremely long-running web-comics for years now. Girl Genius, Phoenix Requiem, Flipside. Today, no other web-comic produces updates that I anticipate more.
It has been a pleasure, and a privilege, to watch Tom Siddell develop as a story-teller for this long. I truly hope he carries on well into the future, even after he finds the conclusion to Gunnerkrigg Court.
Cheers everyone!

I just returned after a 5-day trip and I must admit, I sometimes say this jokingly to people.
Something also tells me that costume guy will be forced to explain himself in further detail.

"But... it's my room..." would've made a fine thread title too. Guess it's Kat's room now.

"But... it's my room..." would've made a fine thread title too. Guess it's Kat's room now. Illegitimate support to the discarded thread reported. You had your chance to participate in the decision-making for the page thread. This title has been decided democratically on first come first served basis and is legitimate for all eternity. Questioning its legitimacy or bringing in light the losing alternatives in aftermath will lead to reduction of your internet cookies. And possibly to an imprisonment for indefinite time without trial.

Cheers everyone! Welcome to the forum! Nice first post. Agree with everything bar your personal history as I didn't experience it. By the way, Tom, you don't have to create such a gimmick account to praise yourself, we all already know this is the best comic around!
