As I have given it plenty of time, with no reaction from Basser, I am forced to take it as her being to inactive to play her lines, so I ask anyone who believes they can be somewhat active to attempt the lines of Tea.
Any Auditions for the lines will turn to voting 3 days after the second submission, or stop as soon as up to 4 voices apply.

Hullo. I'd be willing to help out. I do not know how my voice sounds recorded (speaking, at least), but I'll give it a try. Where should I put the audition once I make it?

Probably just host it on a site and post a link. If you want to stream it live you can use divshare. If you just want a copy people can download and listen to on their own computers, filedropper would probably be good.
Both are free, and only one makes you do registration longer than a minute or so.

haha oh sorry I should have been clearer. I know where I can host it and that, but should I just stick it in this thread or in the auditions thread or...?

Stick it in whatever thread tickles your fancy. There are quite few posts in this half of the board nowadays, it shan't get lost.

Well I'm not sure what I was going for but here's something advanced.aviary.com/artists/doomios/creations/tea_audition(new link below) Hope I pronounced things correctly and like I wrote in the description: Here I am just speaking as if reciting for a class or informative show. If I need more inflections or emotion, please tell me.

That was very clear and precise, which strikes me as exactly Tea's style. I'm not a pro voice coach or anything, but I think if you could maintain that tone throughout all your lines it would be great.
I know when I'm reading long passages sometimes my voice gets a little monotone ala Robby the Robot, although it helps when you're reading something you're interested in.
edit: All I was able to listen to was a sample. Do you have the whole thing on there somewhere?

Hm, try to put a muffle around the mic if possible is my only really request, there is a heck of a lot of background noise in that.
If your interested in how I imagine Tea: I always sort of imagined her like the happy go lucky voiced 3rd grade teacher trying to make basic or boring information as "fun" sounding as possible, though that is just a generic thought.

Alright. I recorded it on a laptop, but I can try to stick it in a pile of towels or something. I'm not sure where the mic is on it, but I'll fiddle around. Thank you for the input!

Well here is one where I stuck it in some towels and turned the recording volume down. I really see what you mean now with the noise. There is still some static I think, but I'm pretty sure the sound quality is better (not so sure if the rest is) advanced.aviary.com/artists/doomios/creations/tea-_static

Okay I did not expect a auto reply, but as there is only one person applying for tea, I am tempted to just call this over and use jays attempt. So that I can get this started and over, Good with anyone who happens to look at this?

If I really am going to voice Tea, and this isn't just an audition, is that sample good enough? Is there anything I need to improve on?
Anyone else who wanted to, please come up! If you really want to, I think you should give it a try too. (I mean look at your competition :I)

Forgive me my internet was down, but I plan to start and finish sep 4th when my internet hopefully will be stable enough, so if you can get anything you think is a better try by then, then sure.
