Hmm, well, I suppose we really, really should have figured that out sooner. I didn't make the connection until just now. Woops.

Haha. Kudos to Tom. That one came out of the asteroid belt.
Annie looks very upset about the death of the shadow man!
Also, Ysengrin and Eglamore appear to be a bit angry at each other.
EDIT: Also; is the blonde lady going to say something to Ysengrin, or Annie?

Sir Eglamore, ee-hee!
Hm, I never twigged why Muut was there either, but then again there was so much going on that night. Ponderous, I love how Tom drops in plot points with such ease throughout the whole story.

Oh yeah, the shadow guy on the bridge died. Did any of us connect that to the present situation before this page at all?
And it indeed looks like blond lady has something on her mind. My guess is, she has something she would like to discuss with Annie and - whatever it is - she would prefer to do that in private

Count me as another person who hadn't expected the death of the shadow-man who was possessing Robot to be one of the leading grievances of the forest-folk.
In fact, it's amazing how many revelations we've received from this page. Alongside that, we find out now why Muut was in the forest that night, and that the shadow-men were Coyote's botched attempt at creation. (That last bit might not be such a surprise, because many people already guessed at that one since Monday.) Which, incidentally, makes it appropriate that Muut would be the one to come for the shadow-man's soul, since he and Coyote are from the same part of the world (the southwestern U.S.), even though the deceased was somewhere in Britain.
But, as always, the revelations come with new mysteries - or the development of already-existing mysteries - in the form of the still thoughtful-looking blonde woman (is she indeed watching Annie and Coyote closely)?

I like the way Ysengrin's business (which I had assumed would be the most important part of the meeting) gets reduced to background chatter. I guess when you're that age, grown-ups can make ANYTHING boring.

Well in all honestly, Eglamore and Ysengrin ARE being quite boring. And when you're standing next to a coyote god who apparently only came along because he had little else on...

Ah, true. But yes, he doesn't seem to be bothered at all. Ysengrin's doing all of the yelling.

I doubt that Annie's tuning it out because it's boring. I think that she's tuning it out because she decided to ask Coyote a few questions to confirm her suspicions about the shadow-men.

You know, I'm starting to like Coyote's sense of humour. At first, I thought he would be some kind of gentle Sage-like god, then I was dissapointed to know that it was not the case, but now I see a very colorful personage that is starting to get really interesting...
Also, poker face, Hi-larious!

I get this image of a poker table made of roots and moss, where Muut has a huge pile of bark in front of him being used as poker chips. Coyote's laughing hysterically, and Ysengrin is throwing down his cards and stalking off in a huff. Also, there's a Glass-eyed man there to round out the table.

Yes many people have compared the blonde lady to the brown haired girl in the photo. No it is not her.

I think that Tom is going to have to reveal the fate of the girl in the photo before long in one of the stories, at this rate. Otherwise, every time a new character emerges who looks anything like her, all sorts of theories are going to arise.
