Item #: SCP-113
Object Class: Terrible
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-113 is to be stored in an unlocked room with the label "CURSED INSTRUMENTS" clearly displayed on the door. Don't skimp on maintenance! Need I remind you of the whole █████ ██ ███ and the ████████ with the ██████ ███ ████ ███████████ teapot?
Description: SCP-113 appears to be an ordinary mandolin, somewhat old but in good condition. Whenever a player of any skill attempts to use SCP-113, however, the player as well as any vocalists in the immediate vicinity will be unable to perform any other piece than a repetitive ditty using the words: "Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down..."
Further Notes: Well, as terrible goes, it's not so bad. It's not like it's ██████.

its pretty funny that in the background you can see 4 cursed banjos, and a dozen cursed guitars. Goes to show how overweighted the popularity of guitars are. I mean, not even one cursed harmonica. Per It makes sense now the GC is actually a containment facility for SCP!

Woah, woah, woah, woah. Woah. Everyone, you're missing the most important and major revelation here. Margo sings?! Also, is there any significance to the number '113' (or possibly J13) - on the far-bottom corner of the box there? Or am I just seeing things where there aren't things? It shows up a lot.

I think eleventy-three is a pretty fine number, if one is determined to obsess over numbers. It's prime, which certainly endears it to me...

I asked Tom about that once, actually. He said his 113 has no connection to Pixar's A113; just an odd coincidence.

Either more of the early 113s haven't been spotted and entered into the wiki, or the pace of including them has picked up in the past 5 chapters.

Though maybe these are considered too horrible and are stored in a safe. Per It makes sense now the GC is actually a containment facility for SCP! I am sorry, citizen, but this information was outside your security clearance. Please proceed directly to your nearest available Termination Booth. Have a nice daycycle! ( okay, that was a no-brainer) Interesting. Either more of the early 113s haven't been spotted and entered into the wiki, or the pace of including them has picked up in the past 5 chapters. Maybe he plans to include it 113, what did you expect? times?

There's a thread in this forum on 113 that I think is more complete than the wikia.
