Renard could take Jones' body, right? Yeah anything with eyes means anything with eyes. I believe it was hinted via formspring or Q's to T that he might have some trouble with control and it wouldn't kill her like normal though. Links may be in this thread somewhere. Will look them up later if nobody else beats me to it.[edit]Pretty sure I remember struck-through bit that but the search engines and wiki didn't come up with anything, at least on the terms I've been trying, so I'll back off for the moment. Anyone else remember that? Exact wording might be helpful for finding the post. Or if it was from another source, like twitter or something, where it was from.[/edit]

Jones insists that she isn't alive, so she wouldn't die when Renard left her body.

Jones insists that she isn't alive, so she wouldn't die when Renard left her body. On that, it seems that bodysnatching allows you to morph intimate objects - rather obviously, or you wouldn't be able to move - also into other forms. Would Renard be able to mess with Jones' body, like he does with the wolf doll, in that case?

Would Renard be able to mess with Jones' body, like he does with the wolf doll, in that case? It's possible that the morphing thing is only possible because it's inanimate. Since it's made of cloth a stuffing that can really be in any form for convenience then twisting and changing it causes no damage (unlike say, a human body, where morphing so much could cause deadly damage). If that's the case then it once again comes down to a question of what is the nature of inside Jones. A question everyone has asked and no one can answer.

She can't modify her own body ( 1116), so I'm guessing Renard wouldn't be able to either.

Either position is completely valid, we know the nature of neither Jones nor shapeshifting. Stuffed animals are naturally malleable though. And incapable of independent motion (I hope)
