Did Antimony walk in on Janet and William, or Andrew and Parley? Or maybe this has to do with the ambiguous quasi-pairing of Elgamore and Jones?
It's either that, or she's going to declare her undying tween-lust for Kat's bony shoulders.

Wow, major nostalgia of Annie here, from the flashback of Surma, that one time!

It's about Diego and Jeanne. Unless there's going to be a whiplash explosion of sudden irrelevant sideplots.

Kat has a question mark on her head AND above her head, what's this Kat?

My guess is this may be about Eglamore and Surma.
That having been said, here's hoping to Annie grabbing Kat and kissing her in the next strip. :-)

Wow, Annie looks like.... like someone we've seen before. It's like there's some kind of parallel going on here.
Bravo, Mr Siddle. I do love me some parallels.
Ha ha!
What?

But where'd Sky Watcher rush off to? Is this going to be another major event in the chain of events that were started by putting Robot into the original Seraph body? If so, what could it be?

My bet is that Annie's thinking about ol' Smitty and Parley. Their situation certainly is the most perplexing, not to mention immediate and relevant.
While it's possible she may be referring to the romances of her parents' generation, the only one she really knows about concretely is Reynardine's longing for Surma (which doesn't really fall under the scope of the mentioned denial).

Well, there goes Sky Watcher. I wonder if he's off to work again, or off to do something secret and/or awesome. Maybe to pay back Robot or some kind of offering for Jeanne's image. That seems like something they might do, after his (her?) experience there.
Edit: Nevermind this bit, I misread what was said.
Edit edit: Maybe un-nevermind that latter bit. Maybe Mort said something that Annie is starting to question? Or unable to justify more likely, based on her words. Either way, we'll (probably) see sometime soon.

My first thought was that it could be Smitface and Parley, too, just because we haven't seen them for a bit and Annie could have been doing medium stuff, which would explain her absence.
Also, Hello Avatar buddy!

I half-wondered whether she might be talking about herself and Reynardine, though I don't feel comfortable with the idea; Annie and Reynardine as an item just seems wrong to me. (Mind you, I have a hard time imagining Annie entertaining romantic thoughts for *anyone*.)
We'll probably find out come Friday, though.

To me, Annie looks a bit upset and overwrought. I don't think Smitty/Parley or Janet/William would do that to her. I'm guessing it has to do with her mom, one way or another. It's pretty much the only thing we've seen that gets her upset.

My first thought was that it could be Smitface and Parley, too, just because we haven't seen them for a bit and Annie could have been doing medium stuff, which would explain her absence. I don't think that Annie was at medium class. She and Kat are both in civilian clothes, which means that it must be the weekend or outside school hours in general. Annie's medium classes have always been held during school hours. More likely she was absent for some other reason (we don't know what the in-story reason was; Tom's reason was probably so that the story could focus on Sky Watcher's pilgrimage and meeting Kat in the first seven pages).

Considering that Annie can't even think of any reasons why a person would not acknowledge their love for someone else, I doubt that her own love life prompted this question.

This is foreshadowing. Sky Watcher is setting out to create kind of grand gesture for Jeanne -- only to realize that Kat is his one true love. Oh yes.
Of course, when Kat starts dating a meteorological instrument, Annie will have to fend off Boxbot Terrible's advances until Robot asks her to the prom.

...until Robot asks her [Annie] to the prom. At first, I though you said "Robox".

Why do all believe that Anme isn´t talking about herself? Do you all think she´s unable to fall in love? I mean, it must be the first thing Kat thought of after: Haha. What? *She´s talking about love??? gosh golly!!! What happend to her?* ;D We know for sure, that something must have happend at that night in the house. Of cource, otherwise she wouldn´t have tell Reynardine.^^ My own *crazy* theorie is, that it have something to do with Jack (i really hope so), cause her eyes looked so bad back then, when she said to Rey that *something* happend. Maybe she was in the other world for too long or something else did that to her. I can´t wait for the next page, hopefully it is Jack. It would be funny cause all thinks about the other couples.^g^ Hm, what else do i want to say? Oh yeah, a really great comic, read it three times now. Also do the autor read all comments to the page or not?

Sounds like Annie could use a pint of B&J's =\
I'm sure Kat would be willing to share in that too.

Parley and Smith: Yeah, they seem like the kind of people to deny that they're in love Janet and William: I think they know they're in love, they just hide it from everyone else Eglamore and Jones: Whatever their relationship is, I think they are both aware of it Eglamore and Surma: Hmmmm....possible Anthony and Surma: Well, they got married, so I guess they pretty much admitted to being in love Disaster and Jones: This is foreshadowing. Sky Watcher is setting out to create kind of grand gesture for Jeanne -- only to realize that Kat is his one true love. Oh yes. Yeah, that's how I react after staring deeply into the eyes of a gorgeous woman, myself. I think "Ha ha! What?" should become the official reply to any shipper statements.

Since no one linked the page, here is the page that I also believe the current scene is meant to remind us of. Today's PagePrevious PageSurma is older by a few years in the flashback scene, but still, the manner of dress is the same, the puff of cold is a parallel, and the two scenes are even happening at the same place, outside Anja's workshop. On the subject of what Annie is talking about: My assessment would be the same as Pyro's, above. Lotsa speculation, not a whole lot of sense. Eglamore and Surma seem the most likely candidates, but how would Annie know about it? Therefore I think we should (this is going to sound familiar) just sit on it and wait until the next page where I'm sure we'll learn something more. But no, here we are again trying to make sure all the wildest speculation angles are covered in everyone's desperate scramble for the elusive "cookie".

SW is going to carve a weather system into Jeanne's likeness. Ooooh, a spectacle in the clouds, for all to see. Perhaps this would tie in with the Power Station. That would be interesting. For some reason it didn't occur to me, but Parley and Smit seem the most likely guess. Although the severity of Annie's tone makes it seem like something much more grave and.. historical. Still, the chapter is entitled Sky Watcher AND the Angel. Maybe he'll bring some ancient artifact from the Diego era for Kat to analyze. It certainly seems urgent and important.

From what we know so far it's almost certainly Andrew and Parley, but I wouldn't put money on it. Nobody's mentioned John and Margo yet! Although that's more not noticing love rather than denying it. Why do all believe that Anme isn´t talking about herself? Do you all think she´s unable to fall in love? It's can't be Annie because that doesn't gel with what she actually said. She's referring to two people who are denying they're in love. If one of them was her, she would not be talking about love because she would be denying it. Basically the parameters of her question rule out the possibility of the question referring to her.
