And so that ends the chat with Coyote as a memory stored as a goose bone.

Huh? It's Sunday. Did the update schedule change from M/W/F without me realizing?

Update at midnight US East Coast this time.
I was ok with brushing it off earlier but today's page really does feel.. Stilted? Not quite to page missing levels but this feels like there's a pause in the dialog that occurs between pages.
Also it really is typical of Coyote to set himself up as his own posthumous narrator.

Huh? It's Sunday. Did the update schedule change from M/W/F without me realizing? From where I live it normally updates at 9am CET time, I just logged in to see it but there are comments from 2 hours ago. Maybe Tom has changed the time update now that he lives in the US? Didn't they have their clocks change this weekend too or something? I know it is usually a few weeks after our clock change.

I call my first speculation:
The true nature of lake water will NOT be revealed to us the readers on Wednesday. Fifty-fifty on it being revealed this week.

Indeed I did forget this, despite the fact that Coyote is my favourite character so far
I guess I have to re-read it all somewhen.

Yup, 100% forgot about that. I like how the moon being his eye means he stole his own eye at some point to take its place as a prank, and at some other time he just let Annie poke it with his finger and leave a mark

It's a wonder that Coyote can keep track of all of his stories (or that Tom, Coyote's literary agent, can). Also, Coyote is undoubtedly an extremely unreliable narrator.

It just occurred to me that Coyote said "Let this memory be returned to you!" That either means that the upcoming/incoming memory about Coyote will be from Ysengrin's point of view or "Loup" is pretty much Coyote. I guess I have to re-read it all somewhen. It was easier when there was less comic, when one could actually have the whole thing memorized. It's like trying to figure out where Cain's and Abel's wives came from. The gap theory can explain not only that but why the earth seems really really old. It has some problems/questions regarding the origin of death/sin though changing the interpretation of who/what Adam was could make it work, depending on what translations one uses.

I am too lazy to check but didn't somebody ask for a missing page in both the last discussion thread and the one before that?
Actually, I almost forgot to read the page because I was distracted by Tom having finally given "official" names to the Annies. AnnieC and AnnieF.

It's like trying to figure out where Cain's and Abel's wives came from. Well, Cain's wife; there's no mention of Abel having offspring.

If Tom officially changed the update time to midnight EST, my sleep schedule will thank him. It's been YEARS of waking up at 3 AM to catch the update.

AnnieC and AnnieF.Yeah there's been a few jarring page transitions this chapter. If Tom officially changed the update time to midnight EST, my sleep schedule will thank him. I mean, we all wish Tom a long life and all, but if my calculations are correct, then chapter 269 is going to be published sometime around the early 2060s...

I really appreciate that Coyote just SOMA'd himself. He'd totally do that. Gotta squeeze this in before the next update. I present: the lake water's true nature, my 100% accurate speculation
