serious distortions going on... the large group (Forest&Cvet et al) is watching Parley&Rey facing the morpho-monster, but Court & Eggs see them facing the other way, away from the monster-standoff. 180 degree vision warping!
Not clear the numbers add up - 12 went in, but there seem to be more than 7 in the big group (unless two of the background blobs are rocks). Are some of the monsters real, or maybe wisps?

View Attachment If only the wisps knew more about the Court, they'd know to make everyone look like Boxbots. They'd either ignore each other, or become quickly hostile. If you saw a group of Boxbots waving and trying to move towards you, what would you do? Tom must be saving that horror for Halloween. |

Egglamost taking the tiniest leap ever, so small his feet barely left the ground, and declaring that he can't get away? Cue Kat wondering how the Krigg she ever had a crush on him. Unless of course, she is actually there, freaking out about the gigantic insect monster taking her away from the group, with no one even stopping their goofing around to look at her. |

Kat is kinda immune to etheric augments,but not etheric ummm, manifests or effects per se, otherwise she wouldnt be terrified by half the psychopopmps and wouldnt have been translated to birmingham-like. It might depened the nature of the distortion to see if Kat would be affected by it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure she's immune to etheric illusions but the wisps illusions are part of some kind of mind bending powers so who knows! Then again, the wisp's mind bending power should be stronger than the person's mind and Kat's is that of a robotic angel supercomputer... Anyway, I don't think she's there, unless she's physically restrained, otherwise she'd be fighting the bugs with a gas powered stick or a laser/plasma gun and disrupting the overall mass illusion |
