If that's supposed to be Courtnie and Eggs, who could have handled wrestling with Parley? I'm in the two Eggs camp, but if the illusion drops to show a bruised and bleeding "red shirt", that would be kind of hilarious.

- More "creatures"?!( ゚Д゚) - Nah, just classic, run of the mile mind bending illusions. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I feel like "Parley mirror clone of some sort" is still a strong possibility for the creature that Parley was fighting.
Although, I have to admit that the creature's new form more closely resembles Cvet than Parley.
If this were any other comic, I'd say Parley took the crazy pills when she got up this morning; but I think it's still Jedi mind tricks wisps.
We haven't seen Eggs and Court in a while. They might be the giants looming off in the distance, if they abandoned their artifact quest and left the ruined structure.

We haven't seen Eggs and Court in a while. They might be the giants looming off in the distance +1 if they abandoned their artifact quest and left the ruined structure. No need to abandon their quest, since those "big" circular openings in the last panel might turn out to be, in fact, the tunnel-like structure we last saw the pair in.

"...continue turning into Super Shredder" is what she was going to say, I'm certain.

Hmm, what are the odds that instead of a new illusion to scare Parley and make her continue fighting, this creature is really just a reasonable monster? Anyway I am not ready to declare my last bet as lost. Also, five quatloos on the new giant arrivals being Courtney and that other guy she was with.

We need to get her fighting again!"

The page read entirely as the second option to me. Well, I COULD also imagine the wisps in wisp HQ going "She's going to break out! Quick, make the other guy scarier! We need to get her fighting again!" Well, keep in mind also that Cvet and Forest saw TWO monsters fighting. Presumably Forest is still communicating with Rey. Rey might have just told her something like "Parley just got hit by a rock," so they would know which one was Rey's Parley - even if Rey's Parley still looks like a monster to them. It would nice to get Cvet and Forest's perspective again. Are they still seeing two monsters, even if they now know better? Do both monsters still look alike? Do both monsters look like evolved "this isn't even my final form" monsters, or is there one Parley rock monster and one super monster? It's possible that the wisps are trying to make Parley attack. But Parley isn't taking the bait. (If the other monster is also a mirror/ clone/ other Parley, maybe Parley isn't taking the bait twice, because clearly the super monster isn't attacking, either.) EDIT: Perhaps the illusion is starting to break. Getting hit by a rock distracted Parley from the fight, and if my above conjecture is correct, Cvet now knows where Parley is - or at least where Parley appears to be.
