Don’t spazz, Paz.
(Also, nighttime sneaking and adventures? What better way to re-enter a social group! Fantastic choice kids!)

Well I'll make the cookies for those who called it was going to be night-time, though Annie can't have been asleep for all that long.
As for those last two panels: They broke up, didn't they?

Is this a Zimmingham situation again? The dark shadows under the eyes and the way she grabbed Annie's arm look familiar.
Or is she just grabbing Annie's arm because she doesn't trust her now that the two of them are alone (The other 4 crossed the road leaving Annie and Paz behind)

She also doesn't look like she wants to go on (hence possible breakup baggage) so perhaps it's the opposite: She doesn't trust the others with what she's about to tell F!Annie because she knows that a real Annie would have Kat's best interests at heart.

My thoughts as well.
My thoughts also went, "This is about to get really sad isn't it?"

It looks like they split up because one of the robots heard them. In the 4th panel, everyone except Paz and Annie are shown crossing the road. In the 5th panel, one of the robots swivels around to look behind it, probably because it heard them. In the 6th panel you can see the shadows of the two robots on the road, and it looks like they're both coming back that way. Paz grabbing Annie's arm could be her making sure Annie doesn't try to run across, making sure Annie doesn't use her flames on the robots, or something else entirely. I had a thought that Paz's ability to talk to animals may come into play here, with her getting a nearby animal to make enough noise and run off to distract the robots.

I rather think she'd like to confide in Fannie.

That's possible, but we can see William gesturing for them to hold. That aught to be enough for them both to stay put, without extra help from Paz. I feel like her concerns extend beyond just the robot patrol. That eyes-in-shadow thing is so ambiguous though. She's deciding to do or say something - or NOT do or say something - she feels is important, that's about all we can glean from it. Which isn't much.

The way I see it, they went for it, but the robot noticed something and turned before Annie and Paz could go. Winsbury saw it and signalled for them to wait. At this moment Paz couldn't hold it in anymore and grabbed Annie's arm in fear, pointing to the reader that this robots are not the goofy friendly guys we used to know, reinforcing what Kat said before.

As for those last two panels: They broke up, didn't they? Might also be the case that Paz is taking this opportunity to say something to Fannie without anyone else overhearing. If so, most likely she's going to say something like, "If you hurt Kat I will use every animal on earth to kill you." The other 4 crossed the road leaving Annie and Paz behind And when they crossed the road they did it all in almost the same pose. Renard is in the way which nearly spoils the effect but it's essentially the mirror image of this.

Paz: Annie, it's dangerous to go alone. Take this sword.

True but many understand what injuring someone's mate means. Even very simple ones can probably grasp the concept of "hostile" or "enemy."

Perhaps Paz is about to break out some sweet karate moves on the robots and is making sure Annie isn't in the way?
All joking aside, the way Paz's hand resembles a claw while she's grabbing Annies arm makes me think some hard truths are about to be spilled ... Well, in the short interval that they might have during this small break from running around the Court.
Also, if we call Court Annie - Courtney, wouldn't it make more sense to call Forest Annie - Frannie, rather than Fannie? Is Fannie also a name?

Well, this seems ominous. She may be using her power, to have a squirrel pretend to be the noise maker. That darkness around her eyes, though. She may not trust Frannie is real, and is about to make threat, or she thinks Courtnie is acting strangely, and wants to warn her before they arrive. Perhaps, a message from Kat, to pass on without Courtnie around? Perhaps Paz is about to break out some sweet karate moves on the robots and is making sure Annie isn't in the way? Are there even animals in the Court besides insects and lab mice?

And yes, Fannie is a name, although it's popularity has taken heavy losses. And as I understand it, it was always overshadowed by its "sister name" Fanny.

Paz hasn't said anything so far in this arc. What if Paz is actually Gamma in disguise? Maybe something happened to Zimmy that required the subterfuge but still allows Zimmy to warp reality.

Maybe Paz also needs some convincing that this is a real Annie. Or If she and Kat did break up, maybe she is giving Forest!Annie a heads up so things aren't any more super awkward than they already are.

Paz communicates with animals. Here she seems to be freaked out (or ethered out), for no apparent reason.
However, there are two greenheads nearby. We haven't yet heard what the Court has done to the robots, or what those green things are. All we know is that they're "very different" and potentially dangerous.
Could it be that the Court has produced animal/robot hybrids, and their animal part is what has made Paz upset?
Alternatively, does Paz sense some animal in Forest!Annie, something Loup included in this part when he split Annie? This is the first time Paz has been so close to Frannie, so maybe she's just now sensing it... and it's freaking her out at the worst possible moment.

I'm agreeing the idea that Paz is communicating with an animal or two to distract the robots.
I'm loving the different angles we are seeing things from on this page. Cool effect and it goes with sneaking around.

I haven't been calling her Fannie myself since "fanny" is slang for "butt" in the US and "vagina" in England, so in either case it just felt kind of weird. People do what people do tho, I guess?

I think the following pages will show why Kat said to watch out for the changed robots. I think Paz looks scared here, and I hope she's still with Kat.

Yeah, that's why Ive been sticking with F!Annie; though Fannie is a (little used, old fashioned) name, the other connotations made it kinda weird. But I like Frannie! More common name too.

Paz looks up, her eye sockets round cracked pits of seething darkness, and rasps, "... abre los ojos..." If so, most likely she's going to say something like, "If you hurt Kat I will use every animal on earth to kill you." "Especially the servals. A serval will eat you and a koala will poop in your face."
