Kat has probably freaked out a few dozen times; the Court even may have given Antimony up for dead at this point. This is something that could potentially spur the Kat/Antimony story to end game.

Only a couple of months? Felt like ages. But I'm glad her hair is long again. Wonder if there are more side effects.

Well, cookies for the ones who called it. I only assumed it had been a few weeks. A few months is definitely... interesting.

Quite longer than the few weeks I guessed, that's for sure. I'm worried about what trick Loup's talking about. I'm concerned she's going to return and find a Weird!Annie in her place, making a mess of everything

My guesses are:
A. Faked her death B. Made a fake version of her to be like "OH I WANT TO LIVE IN THE FOREST NOW BYEEEE" C. Actually beat up the court while she was M.I.A.

D. Caused the search and rescue craft to attack or crash into each other.

Well now we'll get to see the bunkers at least.
Do you think they've managed to get Jones down yet?

I'm also in the "he created a fake Annie"-camp, but more one that just yelled from the other side of the ravine "I'm staying here with Loup for a few months!!".
But man, this is f'ed up, how long has the Court been under attack by Forest Creatures now? Is the Scooby Gang all right? Or is she the only one left?

Do you think they've managed to get Jones down yet? Not sure they'd even be looking for her. She's a small non-radiating body that isn't particularly reflective or brightly colored, tough to see even if they are looking. Her Court cellphone is the key. If she still has it and it works she can let people know what happened and exactly where she is even though there's no air so she can't speak. If not, then "Loup" placing her in the sky is probably permanent. Coyote may have gotten bored and let her go after a while, I doubt "Loup" would be that nice to someone who could potentially interfere with his relationship to Antimony, such as it is. [edit] Unless "Loup" doesn't feel threatened by her and lets her fall for the lulz, which would probably be a mistake but should mean she did or will drift into a natural orbit that can decay. Maybe 20-40 days? In that case she's got a good chance of being back already. Depends on when normal physics gets back into the driver's seat. [/edit]

My guesses are: A. Faked her death B. Made a fake version of her to be like "OH I WANT TO LIVE IN THE FOREST NOW BYEEEE" I'm going to guess it'd be one of these two and both are gonna suck. (Leaning towards "I'm never coming back".) Although the Court looks a little farther away than it should be in that last panel so option C is definitely not a write-off. Edit: Also, the Court did go to the effort of looking for her, so I guess they're not totally heartless?

I noticed the hair were getting longer, but though it an ether thing. Like Annie was threating Loup with going Sayan on his hind if he wont stop his shenenigans. And it was Loups Rip Van Winkle manouver all along...

I guess Renard would know if she was dead or not, right? With the contract, rules and all that.

Huh, all this talk of a fake Annie, which I am not buying, and neither would anyone else at the court I expect. Am I the only one who saw that last panel and immediately thought that Loup had somehow extended the court's distance from the Annan waters by 20 miles or so? The Court's front door used to pretty much open out onto the ravine.

This is a twist I can get behind. I can’t wait to see her friends and family’s reactions when she returns. And the hair growth to hint at the time passage was a nice touch - it even happened in the ether too.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she returns to the court only to find it abandoned.

But I'm glad her hair is long again. Wonder if there are more side effects. If her metabolism has been running for months she should die of thirst and starvation on the next page. End of comic! Unless unrealistic nonsense.

It would serve Loup right if, thanks to the months of utter chaos in the Court, the things Coyote gave Parley and Smith were mislaid and nobody has any idea where they are now.

" Essential belongings" suggests you might be right. Add to that Parley and Smitty being busy helping the evacuation effort...

My immediate thoughts went to Tony. a) oh no! as a parent he's probably worried sick! and b) Does serve him right, how does he like it when someone he loves disappears without a trace for a while.

Wow. Cookies to many. If they don't know about Jones, they'll be assuming Jones is with her, minimizing the worry. However, if they do know about Jones(the Court's cellular service could extend to orbit/suborbit), I would imagine Kat and Renard are beside themselves. Jimmy-Jims would not be happy with Tony. Wasn't the "robo-hive force field" a lot closer? Maybe, Loup the Poop did extend the distance between the Court and the ravine. Or the robo-hive has shrunk the force field, to not included abandoned parts.

Unless unrealistic nonsense. Did you know that when Antman goes into the quantum realm, the atoms that make up his body, become smaller than atoms? Also, what does he breathe, when he himself is smaller than an oxygen atom? That's how you sound right now :-p ; of course there's going to be unrealistic nonsense! She's just had a metaphysical discussion with a literal God who was created by human thoughts and wishes in an astral plane!

But they left the buildings where they were. (They'll probably grow again later.) It seems from the next-to-last panel on this page that the Court has been farther away from the ravine for the whole chapter. (Which is a relief, because I was really worried for Arthur and Juliette).

Just quoting m'self: I'm kind of hoping that Tony was keeping an eye on the sky and might have noticed that there's another orbital object (i.e. Jones), and perhaps might think to send reinforcements. Or at least help Jones down. I guess they WERE trying to send reinforcements. Just... much, much earlier than I thought. And much less effectively than I thought. I hope everyone is okay. Gosh, Tony and Kat must be a mess.
