The fact that she's still even somewhat illusion at all is a testament to Blue's abilities. I think her defeating robot will actually make it easier to get her back under control, provided Parley can parley.

I just noticed, Robot has a phone or radio attached, above belt level. Maybe he was called in as backup? If so, good call Smitty.

- That leaves...?

Jeanne is pretty badass.

All I can think of now is that one Bon Jovi song "Shot through the heart - and you're to blame - you give love - a bad name". Even though Jeanne did not shoot and that is not where the heart would be if Robot had one. Oh well. This is going to be stuck in my head all day now.

Whatever that is, it came with Robot's biological arm.  I assumed it was the data logger.

Actually, both of Robot's arms are biological.

Blue's cry suggests that Robot's presence is not helping, and may not have been planned. That may have been because Smitty called him in as a buffer for Parley when Jeanne started reacting. Who knows? Hanging on to the safety bars for this one.

If Kat learned about blurring the line between the Ether and mechanics from studying the arrow, it could be quite the upgrade. I don't just mean philosophically (ether = living, if that's even true). If Kat hears about how easily Jeanne sliced Robot asunder, she'll want to upgrade him to prevent similar results. With her new knowledge of the arrow?...

Also, I'm a bit hesitant to suggest his limbs are truly organic. Biocybernetics is something of a scientific grey area. Can a computer feel pain without the programming adapted to properly process the biofeedback?

I'll admit that I believe Robot will ultimately survive, but not for that reason. I believe he'll survive because Tom would have a difficult time continuing the "robot religion" thread (which still has some ways to go) without him.
