What's the bet the Arrow has some active defences? Yup, and it will disturb the illusion state that Blue has been upholding with Andrew's influence. I could see some of this Jeanne surface at the pain of her psychological wound being disturbed, good intent or no. And everyone's in danger before you can say "triage". *steeples fingers* It begins...

oh shit oh shit
"Blue" is feeling the pressure. Man. It looks like Jeanne is still contained, though. Wonder if her reaction is due to Annie messing with the arrow?

How much more will Tom build this? Arghhh! Jeanne is going to cut them all to shreds if she gets wind of what they are doing. Also supposing that Tom is not going to go all George Martin on us and kill off someone, what is it we expect to happen? Annie manages to dislodge the arrow freeing the Green Elf, Kat contain the arrow removing any effects and Jeanne moves to the next life, where possibly we have a guest appearance of the Green Elf in "Oh my love, I had been waiting for you for Ians. Lets be together, again!"?
Unless Jeanne pops out of existence as soon as the arrow is contained, I see no reason why she would go quietly. I hope George has the tooth with her.
Edited to correct my bad English.

We don't mind you, Jeanne, so long as you're not in rage ghost mode. Just hold that thought and, meanwhile, "Ain't nobody here but us fairies!"
I'm now wondering what's happening at Annie's end of things.

Edited to correct my bad English. That really depends on what that goddamn arrow did to the green guy. Options wot I can see, are: 1. It bound his soul to the mortal plane, and Jeanne remained to guard it. In this case, freeing his soul should remove Jeanne's rationale to stick around. And yeah, we might get a sweet reunion scene before they both float away into the ether. 2. Green guy is gone for good (either normal dead-and-went-into-ether, or something worse, like, I dunno, his soul consumed as etheric fuel for the process). Jeanne is directly bound to Annan waters, the arrow influenced her through some sympathic link that love forms. Why this roundabout way, well, perhaps because Diego was a massive arsehole (at that time at least) and the Court had nobody else on hand. In this case, Jeanne is killing everything she can put her mitts on out of pure spite (and boredom). Removing the arrow effects would allow her to go away, but after centuries of doing her thing, it might take some serious, um, convincing to make her even consider this.

Jeanne: "Ever had the feeling of someone walking on your grave?" George: "Or your lover's grave." Jeanne: "What-" George: "What!"
I wonder, if that was just Annie touching the arrow, or has she begun moving it?

It did finally occur to the fairies that this isn't quite a game played for fun.

Suspecting, Parley tries to distract her and it only makes it worse by reminding Jeanne about the arrow.
"Oh, it must be that Diego guy planning something weird for you." "Maybe you are stressed or angry about something?" "Say, tell me about this Steadman person." "I know what would help, let's fence!"

It looks like Jeanne is still contained, though. Wonder if her reaction is due to Annie messing with the arrow? I don't think they've actually messed with the arrow yet. I suspect that the blue one made the illusion too happy and perfect and Jeanne's mind is rebelling against it, having grown accustomed to hate and despair. (we've lost whole crops that way)

On the upside we don't have to worry about this truly breaking down until a giant tear appears in the sky through which Renard jumps in on a speedboat.
