Wow, Parley's hand sure is big in the second panel.
It looks like she could cover the lower half of Smitty's face without anything sticking out.

Uuf, that wall of awkward between Annie and Eglamore. Someone lock them in a room and make them talk already.

Eggers sure knows how to treat a fairy. And yet it looks like he is about to grab said fairy.

Uuf, that wall of awkward between Annie and Eglamore. That's not a wall of awkward. That's a thread of understanding. Also, the nod:

They've got an understanding but they've also got this awkward but ugh i think it's kind of extremely complex and probably super weird. i'm surprised fairy thinks eggers is sane.

Has Eglamore actually seen Anthony since the latter first came to the school? Because if not, then I'm anticipating a very awkward reunion coming up soon...

Has Eglamore actually seen Anthony since the latter first came to the school? Because if not, then I'm anticipating a very awkward reunion coming up soon... Parley wasn't away with Eglamore until some time after she, Kat and Andrew got into Anthony's place earlier. Probably Eglamore is well aware of Anthony being back but he is sane enough to avoid him as much as possible. On a lighter note: Holy cow, Eglamore's hair cut and the stubbles in his face actually suit him quite nicely . If there is another extra comic any time in the future, I would love to see what the training was all about. Especially the jumping lessons might be quite exciting.

you're petting too hard, parley
it's a good thing this didn't happen to *snuffle*
strong people and rabbits can be a deadly combination

If you look at the adoring way Rabbit is looking at Eglamore, you might wonder just how deadly the combination is.
Edit: Mixed up fairy's with boy's name, oops.

Fairies are here mostly to sit or flit and be cute. For sane people it should be obvious. you're petting too hard, parley it's a good thing this didn't happen to *snuffle* It's about to...

Has Eglamore actually seen Anthony since the latter first came to the school? Because if not, then I'm anticipating a very awkward reunion coming up soon... Perhaps Eglamore has stayed away from the Carver family out of respect, the desire to not be brought up on murder charges...(though they would never have found Tony's body) and the wish to lead an uncomplicated life.

you're petting too hard, parley it's a good thing this didn't happen to *snuffle* strong people and rabbits can be a deadly combination Oh dear. Eggs might sense the boy's Jackalope past, and go full Looney Toons. Eglamore: "I will hug him and love him and squeeze him and call him George." Parley: "Wait. What?!" A more direct joke about Of Mice and Men could have gone here, but that story hits me in the "feels".

Parley's hand looks proportional to me. If anything, her face might be a little small, but that might also be an illusion due to how her hair is framing it. I hadn't given anything a second glance before seeing the comments here, though.

Why are people assuming Parley/Eggers aren't aware of the ex-rabbit? Someone bearing a protector symbol (presumably Eglamore, and/or Parley) was present for the start of Re-Meetings, with Andrew tagging along for the rest of it. Would be kinda plot-holey for them to not talk about it off-panel later on (even if just in the context of Annie's recovery) or for neither of them to ask Andrew about what that "something important <Annie> promised to do" was. (also i'm guessing normal students don't generally walk around with fairies on their heads.)

1. Be careful, your training has greatly increased your strength and your hugs are now potentially lethal. 10 points for Gryffindor!!!2. Be careful, there's clearly a fairy on that boy's head. Trouble may be brewing. Actually, 2. seems reasonable. Maybe they learned some terrible truths about the Gillitie Woods and Jimmy is cautious of every forest inhabitant. (Incidentally, this would also explain why she was searched and disinfected so thoroughly upon arrival (Jimmy gave advance notice to the Court)) You could be right indeed... in another universe... with another Tom. However for now: 10 points from Slytherin!!!

Yep, so much for my theory so the weird disinfection routine is still a mystery of sorts.

Maybe this is why Eggers seems to be intimate with Jones. She's the only woman he won't break.
