7 seconds late...BAH!
Now. Who is THAT??
I think it's implied to be the etheric form of <Snuffle>*.
Which is cool, because we've never seen a "true" fairy in the ether before!

Must be <snuffle>.

...or something <snuffle> brought with her.* Anyone familiar with XML will be aware that the supposedly correct pronunciation of <snuffle> leaves an unclosed tag. So, before this nested rabbit hole inspired by <snuffle> gets too deep, we had better end it for <snuffle></snuffle> </snuffle> </snuffle> </snuffle> *Is it <snuffle/>?

Nope, most likely <snuffle>* is less XML, but more HTML and follows the <br>-tag notation
Aside from the technical stuff, she looks absolutely brilliant! A bit spooky, but magnificent nevertheless!

Bugsy's cloths are ALIVE And ALSO her shoes! Everyone else's shoes are always grey, while here www.gunnerkrigg.com/?p=988 her shoes are black. Now they are red. So probably it's different shoes, but always etherically charged.

Although comparing the two makes Budgy's seem like +2 Shoes of Stature.

That is very strange, because I thought anything that wasn't magic or alive showed as grey in the ether, which is why everyone's clothes were always grey. So why are her clothes any different? Are they magic clothes?

He didn't pronounce it correctly. Doesn't matter. Damn but <snuffle> is impressive. She is indeed beautiful.

I have to wonder why they don't all look that wild. You'd think the first thing all these transferred kids would do upon "going ethereal" is look like something besides human. They certainly don't seem to have a ton of respect for their human forms.

So why are her clothes any different? Are they magic clothes? She made them herself, which probably accounts for the etheric aspect.

Maybe the other kids' clothes are grey in the ether because they're Court-issued? We haven't seen Red since that appearance, have we?

Maybe on those shoes the inscription is where we don't see it?.. Also, if among their own fairies are considered adults when they make their own clothes, it makes sense that she is the only one here wearing magicked up things.

SO THAT'S WHY EVERYONE THINKS HUMANS ARE FAT. This ALSO shows again just how good Tom is with the long game. We have literally heard for YEARS that fairies think humans are fat, but this is the first time we can actually see why.

All the fairies we've seen in real life, like the ones in the ravine who begged Annie to kill them, have been pretty emaciated by human standards. (The ones who've come to GC and gotten new bodies looked much more average-sized.)

(The ones who've come to GC and gotten new bodies looked much more average-sized.) There is a possibility that they are using "fat" as in "size". They have a rather flexible view of body integrity, so maybe someone with the exact same proportions, but larger, would be teased as being fat.
