And know Janet has realized, it's hard to make-out, while a bowling pin is sticking in your side. I'm betting Annie is okay with this, and may have not noticed Williams "confession".

Waow. No wonder his name is William and Janet speaks Shakespearian. Such drama.

Asexual aromantic Annie is my second favourite Antimony Carver headcanon. Pages like this give me hope that it could be canon one day.

Uhhhhh.... Does this seem staged to anyone else? Or is it just me?

I was secretly hoping that Antimony would run away. And then a crowd of robots walk in and watch Win and Jan kiss oblivious to the onlooking electric eyes. Then it could become a tradition in the comic.

Uhhhhh.... Does this seem staged to anyone else? Or is it just me? If it were any other two characters in any other story (unless it were the titular Romeo and Juliet), I'd agree. Will and Janet though truly are this...over-the-top. Not to say it isn't staged. Could be. But if any characters were going to behave this way naturally, it's these two.

Was it Janet who got her Dad to bring Carver back and keep Annie down a year and out of the way, then?
Like Annie, I think this might be all too much information.

Annie's full-on BSOD'd at this point. °_° She is like someone sober in a room full of drunk, or a suddenly recovered patient in a madhouse. "What the hell is going on and what am I doing here?!" if any characters were going to behave this way naturally, it's these two. (bobs sagely) That's how it was starting from... (flip, flip, flip) the bonus page to Chapter 5.

She is like someone sober in a room full of drunk Also something I know well, and that describes how Annie is feeling very accurately "Yes, I know you're excited, but could you please stop making out on the ground? Thx."

I think I know what their argument was. I'm guessing that William kept wondering how Annie was doing. I expect that Janet screamed something like, "If you like her so much, why don't you date her?"
"Well, at least she's brave enough to face her father to help a friend!" [asking for Renard]

Exactly as planned.meme
One wonders if Kat realised this was the real plan for Winsbury. Probably not. Very inconsiderate to use Annie this way as a tool.

Uhhhhh.... Does this seem staged to anyone else? Or is it just me? If you look back at these two's interactions in past comics, they've always been like this. Part of the reason why no one believed them when they said they were dating back in Faraway Morning. Also annie, always the 3rd wheel Annie.

Exactly as planned.meme One wonders if Kat realised this was the real plan for Winsbury. Probably not. Very inconsiderate to use Annie this way as a tool. Now, we don't know that this was explicitly a plan by anybody. Could have gone down like so: 1. Winsbury and Janet are getting annoyed with having to keep things secret. 2. DRAMA BETWEEN THE TWO. 3. Annie gets Tony'd. 4. Winsbury's all "dawg, this sux." 5. Kat notices and thinks he's into Annie. 6. MORE DRAMA BETWEEN THE TWO. 7. The two break up. :C 8. The whole time nobody believed they were dating. 9. Annie gets Renard back. 10. Annie seems to be improving. 11. Kat and Paz decide to hook Will and Annie up. 12. Will feels Janet and him are done. 13. More innocent pressure from Kat/Paz. 14. Annie's a nice, cool gal. Might as well. 15. This night happens. 16. Will starts to go through with it, but realizes he is still hung up on Janet. 17. Feels he should go through with it due to peer pressure, his own internal pressure, and a desire to move on if he can't have Janet. 18. Janet comes back :> ~shrug~ I think this is basically what aline thinks happened. I'm not completely sold on that, but I don't think we should jump to "Will's using Annie as a tool to get Janet back." That's being unnecessarily harsh on him just yet. Kind of the only people I think are good to be annoyed at just yet are Kat and Paz, because they should know better about Annie's current emotional state. Even then, maaaaaaaaaayyybe Annie's putting on a better face to them than we've seen and they think she's gotten way better than she is. ~shrug~

The plan was to get Winsbury and Annie to date, Winsbury went a long with it as Janet and him didn't want to reveal their relationship, but then couldn't go through with it at the end and him and Janet made up and are now revealed. Cut to Annie walking out of the room to everyone else looking at her grinning as she looks at them nonplussed and walks away.

I wonder how long it would take before they remember that Annie's there? I guess we'll have to give them time till monday. Also: 1. Sayian-Will not only hit the gym and got hot-caked and all. He also run unending Twilight marathons, over and over again... 2. Tom. The heel in penultimate panel... It makes me wanna squeee! And this, the bearded guy I am, I should not be doing in public.

I'm still not sure if it's official that everyone knows about Will and Janet... So now I'm imagining nobody believing Annie when they ask, or Kat thinking she's been out-matchmakered by Annie. [Or something completely different could happen]

...William the elfhairstyle-boy and Janet the fair lady.
They totally are reincarnations of Jeanne and her elflover.
Which means Winsbury is gonna die in the comic some time or other while Janet is gonna wither away in anguish!
*sips 4th coffee.*

I love the way Winsbury isnt disagreeing with her. "It is your fault! You're such a fool!" William may be disinclined to argue with this young lady even at better times. Speaking if which... 12. Will feels Janet and him are done. 13. More innocent pressure from Kat/Paz. 14. Annie's a nice, cool gal. Might as well. 15. This night happens. 16. We have seen that William understands "not making a mess" part better than Janet, however.
