Elaborate building and large chair makes me fear the Headmaster. I was thinking more: No seam on lower clothing --> skirt/dress? Hand looks dark-skinned --> process of elimination Checks out.

I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but I am 100% here for it.

See, I would have used "The Rumors" as the thread title. Much more mysterious

I love how no one even mentions the anti-grav device Kat made during her first times in GKC after the divide incident anymore despite the teacher who saw the beginnings of it giving her first place and whatnot.

Tom's comment is about a "he", must be... Tony?

The pants could also be trousers - I'm leaning towards the Headmaster, but we'll find out soon

Alternate version of penultimate panel: See, I would have used "The Rumors" as the thread title. Much more mysterious Well you had an entire 2:33 to do it in timebending not included Edit: I thought the "he" was referring to the robot. There are people out there who have to be cued into things pretty steeply. Maybe Tom does draw pants without seams, iunno. First thing I noticed was the lack of wrinkles, something a lot more moldable than denim/dresspantsfabric.

I assume Tom's comment is a continuation of his comment from Monday's comic and is therefore referring to the robot with "he."

Tom's comment is about a "he", must be... Tony? Monday's comment was "Where have I seen this guy before?", today's is "He seems pretty familiar" So he's still referring to the robot guy.

Not quite buying into how Llanwellyn would fit there. We've seen his office before, and I'm guessing an office as important as his wouldn't be tucked in at the end of a hallway. Or if that end-of-hallway office (that hallway having a solid wall on the left) could have windows. I mean it does seem there's an extra label on that door that the others don't have? Still iunno.

A more important question: what "something else" is this guy talking about? Interspecies Robot/Shadow romance, or the fact that there's a whole cult growing around Kat? Which of the two is actual news a far as the Court is concerned, and which would be considered more relevant? Because it really sounds to me like he's talking about the cult: and if so, it would mean that Robot's shenanigans have been flying under the Court's radar until now.

I don't want this!!!

I'm going with it being Donald Donlan. As a responsible good guy, he has to be keeping an eye on his daughter somehow. Probably as a worried father, but also, as a Court employee.

He could have . . . TWO OFFICES? A secret office? Who knows? Plus note that the hair appears quite flat-toppish-ish. So that suggests more headmaster than the other choices. Incidentally, I voted for Juliette.

I have immediately knew that they are these guys... Probably because I've watched Tom's YouTube channel recently. Particularly this ending.

I don't want this!!! I'm more inclined to think that the "Something Else" is the growth of the robots towards emotion and self-awareness. Kat's work (from the Court's perspective) has been on advancing the machinery - and I don't think even she is aware of the fundamental changes occurring to the robot's personalities - but the discussion about Kat between Robot and the other robots (which Spy-Bot observed) and then Robot's interaction with Shadow, probably says more to the Court about changes in the robots themselves then the existence of Shadow. Personally, I don't think the Court cares about Shadow that much (unfounded theory, but just my opinion). My feeling is that the Court is obsessed with creating life, and being able to see this occur in the robots is going to interest them greatly.

On page 588, Jones is seen skulking off deeper into a building with similar (not 8dentical) arches in its interior. Is this possibly one of Jones' offices??

But honestly, Jones is pretty familiar with Annie and Kat. I doubt she would need to use SpyBot to learn anything. I think she already knows the kind of progress Kat is making, and if she didn't, she would walk over and look at it.
