When you go bones bad stuff happens. Please tell me the court is still standing? Or at very least you kept your mindwalking to a minimum and didn't eat anything/one?

Dude, you're falling to pieces! I know you've got a bone to pick with the court, but pull yourself together, there's no need to come apart at the seams over it.

Please tell me the court is still standing? Bah! I am a Coyote of action, not some pansy who sits around and parlays like a civilized canid !!!You can hardly blame me if I "accidentally" cause irreparable collateral damage to the Court's leadership property locale nation space-time continuum in my grief!

Perhaps he shall unite the many enemies of the Court in a joint front. Honestly, though, what scares me about this page is that he doesn't find this situation even a bit humerus. He really does look melancholy in panel one, though I hope he isn't letting the Court get under his skin.

So Coyote is dabbling in politics now. This bodes well. Hopefully the Court has laws in place for the temporary disruption of reality itself while Coyote tires of listening to business manuals and incident reports

Interesting. If Coyote sees Annie he will probably recognize what she has done to herself. There could be interesting consequences if he reveals that. And if he sees Kat he more than anyone else is likely to have an idea of what she is becoming. I could see him not revealing that. Too much potential for fun letting that play out.

Cookies!! The Lords of the court; It would be nice if we saw more leaders than that old bag of bones. (odd, the O in forest is missing its dot)

my reaction on seeing the page. "Mwahahahahahahaha!" and me without a mustasche to twirl! Go on Court tell the divine Coyote why he can not see his medium. Because when all is said and done Coyote is a deity. An insane, irresponsible one but still a deity. Lets play ball.

Of course, "a meeting with the lords of the Court" will involve the Court medium and his woman. Guard. Guardswoman.
Smitty and Parley, I mean.
And Jonesy. Can't have a meeting without Jonesy sticking her ancient nose into things.
===
I am nearly certain that this is Firehead Girl telling Coyote a story about himself, so that means that eventually Firehead Girl gets to visit her doggy forest friends.
===
I just love the idea of Annie smiling at Ys as she says, "even mean old Ysengrin seemed to brighten up", and mean old Ys having to look away from her as he brightens up.

Oh ho! This will get interesting. I wonder if the Court wanted to draw Coyote in, and that was one of their motivations to mess with Antimony. They manipulated another forest creature based on his interest in one of the Court...as we might remember. I know they would probably love to have Coyote under some amount of their control... But what is their end game?

That Coyote finds this enough to actually come to the Court...
Yep, Anthony you might want to hide somewhat. Because Coyote can probably see what Antimony has done to herself, and it took a long time for the readers to believe you weren't responsible. And the removal of Renard can also be placed at your feet from an outside perspective ( Coyote may not care whether or not the Court put you up to it) who was the best person to notice it. The other being Zimmy, who kinda says a lot of why this is bad, when she is the second (and last) name on the list. And no one can guess what Coyote will do.
Huh, what do you think his reaction to Annie passing well, ownership/guardianship of Renard to Kat? On one hand, passing it period is bad. On the other, much better than what she was being pressed to do. On a third, Kat is well... Angel Kat sometimes, and is very court science like. Or is that a fourth hand? Too many hands here. But one thing is for certain, the cauldron is bubbling.
Double, double, toil and trouble.

Or it's pssible that the Court didn't think out the likely consequences when they decided to put some restrictions on Annie via her father (maybe another case of their underestimating the inhabitants of Gilltie Wood, dismissing them as nothing more than a bunch of animals), and are in for a nasty surprise.

"It is sad she is gone. We are all sad. All the people of the forest and there are many." Yes, Lod Coyote is very unhappy. If Lord Coyote is unhappy nobody in the Forest is happy. If Annie isn't being allowed to be the Forest Medium does that mean the job goes back to grumpy old Ysengrim? Yes, that's going to be very diplomatic, an unhappy Lord Coyote and grumpy Ysengrim. Love this style of story telling.

Yes, I agree it is an exploded view of his eye. But to me it still looks like a bottle (of beer on the wall, take one down and choke in it, one less Coyote and bottle of beer on the wall)!

This kind of feels like a attempt to be able to claim that they are not at fault, and will say "We did not order him to forbid her to continue" because they did not, they blackmailed him into doing so... I doubt it will work though...

..And of course the Court was extremely accommodating and very sorry for the inconvenience. They apologized and changed their minds about Annie immediately. And then everything went back to the way it was before. The End.

I feel like Coyote is already at the meeting and just started telling this story there. I'd like to see how both Eglamore and Ysengrin react to our split Annie.
