As Tom said: Congratulations to those who figured this out. In my mind I am picturing a dart board with every available space riddled with darts.
Most of this stuff is from the actual comic-thread. Personally I'm stumped. heydummy.png (70.8 KB)

It'll be a giant protocell, here to devour its multicellular descendants and digest their flesh within it's cytoplasm. Annie shall be its messenger as it devours the world!

I knew there had to be a sensible explanation. ...More tea? We'll have the chilled monkey brains available shortly, I'm so sorry we didn't have them out sooner. Top-notch capuchin brains, you'll like them, I'm sure.

A boyfriend would be an awesome twist to this chapter... but I'm going with City Face for my serious prediction. That theory has the least problems with it (besides hygiene) and when in doubt with this comic the answer is "a bird" more often than any other answer.

No matter what Friday ends up being, there is only one possible reason not to Photoshop Boxbot on top of it.
That one possible reason is that it's already Boxbot.

Ketrak, the psychopomp/afterlife guide of insects! The guides were Annie's only friends at Good Hope, so I am guessing she's regressed in this respect too. And I specifically guess Ketrak because even this room probably has some insects in it which leads to Ketrak probably being in it at any given moment in time.

This poll is flawed. "You" might be plural, it should be possible to select multiple entries. :-) Anyway, it's the army of monsters that came after Mort!

Which one of these options counts as my crackpot theory for it being Winsbury?
... I'm gonna say "a boy!"

Suddenly I'm recalling the rabbit soon-to-be boy. As a creature of the forest it has etheric abilities. He'd have reasons to visit and cheer up Annie, I guess. And it would surely be something that makes her happy, but that she doesn't want her dad to find out... Oh well. We'll find out tomorrow.

Only in GKC does the "Something completely different" option get the most votes, out of 35 options covering essentially every character in the comic.
Good job, Tom XD

So, it's Annie's fire elemental after all... Although, it could be a representation of her mind.

Speaking strictly, it could still be a good/bad hallucination.

I am still thinking the fire elemental is Annie, not part of her like just her elemental "side" or her mind. I think that what went to dinner at the Donlan's wasn't actually Annie herself.
