Are the trees in the second panel growing in perfect rows and columns?
For some reason this disturbs me greatly.

Tom, I notice a minor art mistake, the horns on the rabbit are brown instead of orange. Just letting you know.
Anyway, yeah those perfectly ordered trees are strange. Reforestation project?

It's clearly an area for Johnny Cage and Scorpion to fight in. They used to have Court/Forest combat tournaments, but Jones won every year, and everyone lost interest.
She does seem glum. I wonder if there will be any mention of Mort's transition, when Annie and Andrew meet? Or is he already aware?

He's probably been made aware.
However, I wonder if this "meeting" will just be them giggling at something, or if they'll try to act very serious.

Anyone notice the fairy's shirt? Matches the image in the title page...
I'm probably not the first to notice, though.

Anyone notice the fairy's shirt? Matches the image in the title page... I'm probably not the first to notice, though. I think it was mentioned as soon as we met her. On the title page there were lots of incredibly inventive and outlandish explanations for the symbolism of the abstract patterns seen on the title page. Then it just turned out to be a t-shirt design...

Or maybe is it just a manifestation of the great and neat ability of Andrew ?... He put order where there is chaos. Maybe the trees find themselves attracted by this great power and order in rows especially for the meeting ?...

Maybe the trees find themselves attracted by this great power and order in rows especially for the meeting ?... Or maybe they were always like that. For the very same reason. Anyway, is that sun shining through the trees, or has Annie already went critical?

Or maybe is it just a manifestation of the great and neat ability of Andrew ?... He put order where there is chaos. Maybe the trees find themselves attracted by this great power and order in rows especially for the meeting ?... Hmm, this brings to question the nature of Andrew's ability. The patterns of forestation can hardly be called chaos; nature follows many types of orders at just about every level of inspection you'd choose to use. So does Andrew's ability tend more toward imparting patterns that are more readily detected by humans than, say, a dryad? Or a computer? We've already seen the impacts that Annie's etheric side has made in the Court. Perhaps if Andrew does bring an ...orderliness?... or organization of some sort to the Forest through his gift, it may prove similarly disruptive to the status quo. And even if neither of those two cause any significant issues, the changes going on in the robot society caused by Robot using Kat as a catalyst cannot be undone and will continue to grow. I see that situation as by far the most volatile, like a mentos and diet coke reaction in slow motion that has just started.

I doubt this is Andrew's work at all. You've noted that associating the Forest with chaos and the Court with order doesn't fit with nature being full of recognizable patterns.
It makes sense that the inhabitants of a magical forest would wish to shape their surroundings for their comfort, while also taking good care of the irreplaceable environment that nourishes them. Gardening is their equivalent of construction, and I doubt anyone in the Court would be able to grow a tree house as the Anwyn do; sophistication is by no means limited to the people with high-precision lasers and double physics.
Neither is it really chaotic to live in sustainable surroundings that you, yourself, have not manipulated; I'd consider it more chaotic to build five different cinemas in the same city, all of which subsequently shut down over the years. Not that this has happened anywhere.
