Aww man, I was wondering why Gotolei's thread wouldn't update. Even when I don't play, I still loose.

I'm impatient (also we're talking on irc) You guys made an IRC and didn't tell me? #shocked #appalled #hurt #confused #shh #itsasecret(also the signature, laughing on line) --- How much does the ROTD deal with afterlife guides? Seems like some generalizations are being had.

You must not look at our forum signatures! edit. Also, return of the green glove! Every librarian / (final) recordskeeper / whatever should wear green gloves.

Guess Kat's skepticism is causing it to look bland.
How unfortunate. I had hoped the ROTD actually looked like that.

Guess Kat's skepticism is causing it to look bland. How unfortunate. I had hoped the ROTD actually looked like that. I believe that Kat is seeing the RotD more clearly than Annie, without any superfluous elements that keep Annie from noticing the librarian or the only book that actually matters in their search. Kat may be missing all the cool visuals, but she does see everything that is important better than Annie.

Annie and Mort ore surprised Kat can find the only important book in the thousands they can see. Kat just can't see all the unimportant ones. I wonder if we will ever see what Annie and Mort are seeing, or if we will only ever get humorous hints about it

Wait, where did the book go after the first panel? It feels like Kat should at least hold/touch it in panel three.

I wonder if Kat pointing things out has some direct, concrete influence on what Annie and Mort are seeing, or if it is more like the "now that you pointed it out, I can't stop seeing it, but I really didn't see it before" effect, like some types of optical illusions. I wonder what is Kat's opinion on hidden object games

She knows she's one. She just doesn't call herself one. Ah! A noteworthy difference. Yes: she knows that she is an afterlife guard (*sort of*) if she stops to think about it, but doesn't actively identify as one (in "you call yourself an afterlife guard?" sense).

I wonder what's in the one and only book Kat can see. The thing they are actually looking for, no doubt. I'm still sure the the rest is all smoke and mirrors.

Are we going to get the same chapter again after this one, but shown from Annie's point of view (and Mort's, assuming they see things the same way)? I think that could make for a nice story twist, like Zimmy's Robot-angel-Kat.

Still, she clearly has no respect for the classics. "When someone asks you if you're a god, you say 'yes'"... Kids today! ... Get off my lawn!

"Called it" Anyway, I'd guess Annie would have been wiser to answer "yes" Wait, where did the book go after the first panel? It feels like Kat should at least hold/touch it in panel three. Indeed, wondering about this same thing.

Minus the machine running of an orphan's heart... or not.

Congratulations, Kat! You figured out something the forum's been speculating about for weeks! Based on the way Kat said it she's probably been suspecting it for about as long as us. Just calling it for Monday: Darth Librarius says "No, I wasn't talking to you." Now THAT is what we in the fighting game scene like to call a "hard callout." I hope you're right, that'd be neato. Actually it'd probably be moving towards the speculation that the robots are inadvertently turning Kat into a psychopomp. At least I think that's been speculated.

These threads have been increasingly amusing lately. So many people in denial about the obvious and hoping against hope.
That's one down with this page. Now to see how the others pan out.

Interestingly, this page also crushes speculation that Kat is an Afterlife Guide.
