On my Android, frigging proboards keeps trying to send me to some dodgy ass site called lovelinks.us and install spyware or malware via Google play. I'm really pissed off about it, wondering if anyone else has this problem and how I can make a complaint or send anonymous after them or however business is done on the internet these days?

Is it the Proboards app or just the plain siten? The latter has caused me no problems so far. Mind you, I have the AVG antivirus installed; whether that has an effect or not, I don't know.

I actually experience this problem on other webcomic sites, like QC. On this board, however, I'm fine.
And yeah, it it really is frustrating. Is there, like, an adblock for mobile web-browsing or something?

For Android (I don't know about iOS) there is Adblock Plus. There are also various apps that scan your other apps for embedded adware (and give you the option of uninstalling the offending apps). Right now I'm torn: the one named Adware actually shows ads while it's running, while the one from Lookout may or may not let you get back to the previously-developed list of offenders after uninstalling one - if it doesn't, you get to repeat the somewhat-time-consuming scan. Edit: Adblock Plus for Android is NOT published through Google. Here's the link: adblockplus.org/en/android-installAnd while the Lookout ad-network scanner having to rescan is annoying, it is more informative and occasionally has more options than the other one.

There is an AdBlock Plug-in for Mobile Firefox on ANdroid. Recently I've run into sites whose ads simply redirect mobile users more and more often. Seeing that those make the site basically unusable a complain to the web masters should solve the problem, as it is in their own interest to kick those ads out of their system. ProBoards seems to be aware of the issue however.

I heart you guys so much. If I can bake you cookies, I shall bake them white chocolate, because they are my favourite. But I could make others on request. Sadly, I cannot bake, and there is no current form of instant electronic delivery system where I can immediately send you cookies which I would have baked for you, fresh and possibly in a jar.
So all I can give is this measly post and a like to undershow my overflowing gratitude.

I use Opera Mini for browsing on my Android and I get a pop up every time I am go on Proboards. I thought it was just Opera but it seems like Proboards is the problem.

Are you using Chrome? Or really any modern browser. Check your extensions. I had the same problem a few weeks ago and it turned out that some third party asshole installed a popup-generating extension on my browser. I just deleted it.
