A Post Concerning Some Fonts
by K. Mar, the Forumversity of Gunnerkrigg Court
Proposition 1.1. Let us test if someone has the proper fonts for some serious work correctly installed. This task is quite simple, yet too tedious to be described in detail here, so it will be left as an exercise to the reader. As a word of warning, the author recommends completing it before proceeding, as a comprehensive understanding on the subject is necessary to fully comprehend the rest of the text at hand.
Assuming this done, we shall be able to prove the following theorem, which is of utmost importance and, as we will notice, will also provide numerous extremely useful applications.
Theorem 1.2 (The Fundamental Principle of Forum-Post Typography) Playing with fonts that other users have possibly not installed is irritating and often provide jarring effect.
Proof. Omitted.
Corollary 1.2.1. Nevertheless, if one should state something in a post where a fancy font is to be applied, a most authoritative and trustworthy typeface ought to be used in order to the maximize the likelihood of the post yielding optimal results.
In practise, as the reader can easily see if she has completed the previously mentioned exercise as suggested, the common science-y fonts may be found to be very useful for this purpose.

Everybody should have the Ubuntu fonts installed. They are the prettiest. Droid Sans and Dejavu Sans would like to have a word with you. And that's coming from an ubuntu user Same here, except Xubuntu (after Gnome was replaced with Macboywetdream) - turns out xfwm is a step up: lots of nice panel features and doesn't eat much unlike Compiz with its mountain of bells and whistles. Theorem 1.2 (The Fundamental Principle of Forum-Post Typography) Playing with fonts that other users have possibly not installed is irritating and often provide jarring effect. What effect? No one will see it, by condition. Only the same default fallback font.
