It's been what, almost two weeks now? Edit: well I guess it's be "response" by now. It's probably getting late in the day, seeing how long Kat was mentally KO'd staring at that wall (and the angle of the sun's rays on that page) and looking around. |

Tom would not let us pass a weekend in comfort of having the results, he just must keep us in suspense. As if we didn't have better things to do and think about during the weekend than what Annie is going to say and do when she sees Kat. Haha! Just trolling! ...as if Tom was going to reveal that this "soon". Kat will talk to everyone else she's close to, maybe even Zimmy. Only then will we get to know Annie's thoughts. I'm also starting to think that our suffering is not even close to end. No, we're going to be dragged through endless pages of Kat going through every place and talking with anybody but Annie. And first she has to do with Renard. I don't think this discussion is over yet. They will talk at least this whole week, so she is only going to move forward from here next week, which means she is not going to see Annie next Monday. So the earliest is Monday after, and that might also mean the Monday after.... Christmas. |

I wonder if Rey might start getting more protective of Kat to make sure people don't get on her case too much? Not that he isn't already, but from what I remember seeing it was always to benefit Annie as well.
(all I'm remembering is the train station and botfight in S1 right now, have there been other occurences?)

I think it's really sweet that Reynardine is actually taking Kat's fears seriously, instead of just passing over it with a smart-alec comment or two.
That being said, his face in the first panel is hilarious.

If it was just to break the ice and or because he didn't notice how distraught she actually was is debatable. And why wouldn't he be tolerant? He's a fox demon who fell for a mostly human woman himself and is currently stuck in a shape shifting wolf body. Hey Rymdljus! I was pleased to see your comic updated! So that helps. I always just took that look as wide-eyed confusion/surprise face. Interesting thought that his eyes actually stop glowing. We're getting a lot of serious Renard lately. Kinda beginning to miss the old trickster. (Of course it's justified in this case) I hope Friday's update will be a little more up beat, even if Rey's quite right about what he says. |
