This chapter may supposed to have been about ol' Renny getting into some kind of hijinks, but no longer. No matter what happens from here on out, the only thing this chapter shall be remembered for is KAT/PAZ ADORABLENESSOMGWTF.

Well we know he loved Surma, and disliked Tony, especially since he abandoned her. We've seen alot of dad-like behaviour from him, I think he think's that looking after Annie is the next best thing since Surma has gone, especially since her 'fire' is now within Annie. |

Renard looks kind of sad if you ask me. I wonder if something has happened. It just an interesting juxtaposition between his tone and Annie's apparent good mood.
And I think the belly is just from his sitting up like that.

I seriously love Tom's art. Well the big pieces but also the tiny details, like how Paz's body is like a curve with the apex (the high point, pardon me if that's not the correct word as English is not my mother tongue) towards Kat. He's good with subtle stuff like that |

No matter what happens from here on out, the only thing this chapter shall be remembered for is KAT/PAZ ADORABLENESSOMGWTF. Well, it's what the comic is about. For... some recent additions. I mean, this was even in comments on the chapter page - that picture with a shelf and jars. Go figure...  Annie? She spotted Parley & Smitface right away, and they didn't even blush. She may have a misinterpretation, but short of that... Why do you think she doesn't see anything? Because she doesn't try to jump through a bulkhead? But she's not a shipper in the sea of drool or as much as excessively enthusiastic Kat-girl. Annie tend to be quite matter-of-factly about relationships and mentions them at all only when she got something to say (or ask) - be it Kat&Alistair, George&Andrew or Gamma&Zimmy&Jack. |

It seems reasonable to assume Kat's feelings for Paz may actually be mutual given those last couple panels, but I'm more concerned about Renard.
