This is not meant to turn into a flame war, I am just curious to find out who everybody likes.
My favorite character is Reynardine ;D, second is Mr.Eglamore.

Kat. I mean, seriously. She invented a hoverbike out of random bits of scrap.
After that, I would have to say Zimmy. Or Mort. (so cute!)

Antimony, 2nd Kat.
Sorry, I'm a sucker for lead roles.

I'll have to say Eglamore, mostly because he reminds me so much of one of my own characters, and Gamma.

Mort and Kat are tops; Mort's a hoot and Kat's just cool. I feel a little strange, not choosing the main character, though. Probably because it sometimes feels like Antimony's character hasn't developed much. It's like she functions more as something to center events around, or witness events through, rather than her being an actual character. That's changing, though.

Tie between Kat and Zimmy. Janet's second.

I have to say I love the tictocs because of the actual artwork and Zimmy for character. I also think Basil is great, but that's because of the Ren and Stimpy reference.

A character called Mr Horse says it. I have no idea what your tastes are cartoon wise but give it a go anyway it's classic

Antimony. She's curious, has a strong personality, is smart, gentle. And I'm a real sucker for tragic characters.

Zimmy, both for character and design.
There are a lot of minor characters I really like as well – Robot, Winsbury, Janet and Muut comes to mind – and i like the Tocs, although I don't know if they count as a character. Used the desktop quite a while.

My favourite character is Antimony, though I do like them all about equally. i'd be very surprised if yr answer was different;] my absolutely most favourite protagonist is gamma obviesly...first-she's my compatriot, then she's got beautiful, blank look...and she is simply cute 2.antimony 3.kat.....but i do not think that there is a single one character i don't even like

I like all the major characters, for differing reasons:
Antimony - If I had to pick a role model from the characters, it would be her. Todd did a great job describing her qualities, so I won't.
Kat - If I had a daughter, I'd want her to be like Kat. Technical genius, loyal, and enjoying life.
Zimmy - Hellishly intriguing! When I saw panels 1 & 2 of #188 with her head full of noise I was in shock - my first thought was "Damn - that's ME!!!" (don't take this TOO literally, people...). So now I'm hooked on her...
Gamma - She's such a sweetie. I like how she seems to have taken Zimmy under her wing in spite of the hardship (chronic lack of sleep is a very debilitating thing). Very giving of her, putting someone else's welfare before her own. Hopefully there's not an ulterior motive that will weaken her character.
Reynardine - I'm fascinated by what he is. But he's a bit of a prat. (not to mention a murderer)
Mr. Eglamore - Seems like a great hero and protector. Nice macho role model without being over-the-top macho like most DC comics characters.
Donald and Anja Donlan - Nice parents, and obviously did a great job raising Kat. I want to know more about Anja's magical skills - very cool.
The TicTocs - they're neat. I'm an EE - I have dreams of building a robot like that for real. (not gonna happen)

Mr. Eglamore - Seems like a great hero and protector. Nice macho role model without being over-the-top macho like most DC comics characters. I think what I like most about Mr Eglamore is the fact that he's not an unambiguously good person; he has his dark sides as well as being the big, macho superhero type. I really find ranking the characters a very difficult task, one of the things I admire most about Tom's writing is the fact that there is not even one character I can bring myself to dislike (from the perspective of a reader, of course). The only character I find slightly annoying at time is Kat (don't kill me), but even so she's the kind of person I'd love to be friends with. When they get older, I'll betcha she'll be the first one to dance on the table at parties. I realize I've gotten a bit off topic (I do that a lot – sorry), should we start a general character discussion thread, or is it okay to discuss a bit more in here?

In order, Antimony, Gamma, Zimmy. Antimony is my favorite mostly because she reminds me of myself, haha. I love Gamma. She's absolutely adorable and is just a total sweetheart. She's the sort that would make an incredible mom. I want to give her a hug. I didn't like Zimmy at all when she first showed up... she seemed to be mean just for kicks. But now that we're getting some of her backstory, and seeing her vulnerable and exposed, it's totally changed my opinion of her. She's pretty cool. Also, When they get older, I'll betcha she'll be the first one to dance on the table at parties. That made me laugh a lot. I can see the exact same thing. XD

Dont be sorry, that is one of the beauties of this forum, its much more like a conversation than many I have been on. And if people want to turn my thread into a character discussion thread go ahead.

I'm going to go with the crowd and proffess my love for Zimmy and Gamma. They're both intriguing, and so devoted to eachother! I also like Winsbury, just because of how he's drawn. He reminds me of my best friend back in elementary school.

Quick question: Who will you like -next- chapter? I don't think Zimmy & Gamma will stay for long, sicne they're in a different House.

Though she's still mostly a mystery, I'm hugely intrigued by Surma. I keep feeling like there's so much for us to find out about her. Why did Reynardine seem to care so much for her? Why Eglamore's panicked shouting when Antimony went over the bridge? How/why was she sick? How did Anthony treat her poorly? And what was her relation to all the spooky spirit-worlders?

My favorite character is Antimony because I am egocentric and she is the one that is most like myself.

My favourites are probably Antimony and Robot. Although I also think Mr Eglamore is pretty cool. I think I like Antimony and Robot because that was one of my especially-favourite chapters.
