I'm not sure why anyone (Annie included) finding out about Loup's identity should really change... anything at all. Coyote could just pluck a person's memory out of their mind. Loup can make anyone forget they ever found out. Repeatedly. Forever. That is an interesting point. If Loup doesn't do something irreversible here (like tear apart an innocent love-struck NP girl), he could probably take her memory of Jerrek being Loup.

Who knows what Loup can do, he can create extra Annies, but he can't hold forest together. Y could not use Coyotes gifts as Coyote could. We also don't know what Robot and Kat can do, eg things like securty camera network. Seraphs probably have tricks to help do their jobs, Kat has friends that may allow viewing past and tik tok time travel. A train stop is in real world one of higher surveillance locations. Watching Loup and watching Lana (as closest to Loup) would likely be of bit interest to Robot because of Loups power. The court as well, may easily see notice something like this happenning at a train stop.

Another option for what happens next: Lana, powered by her romance-novel understanding of the world, interprets this as a classic beauty and the beast-I'm in love with the monster-I can change him scenario, and decides to (try to) keep Loup's secret. Kind of hope this isn't it, since I'd love to see some more depth to Lana, but it's possible. Usually, in real life, a fast-paced, intense love-bombing phase preceeds the monster phase. The victim stays with the abuser because they have witnessed how kind and sweet and thoughtfull and promising the abuser can also be. Lana may initially stay with him out of faith and hormones, but unless Loup REALLY amps his manipulation game, she won't stay for very long.

Even if he kills Lana, Loup still has options to keep hiding. He could kill Lana and then also become Lana, we have seen him in two places at once after all. He could then erase Annie's memory of him and Lana getting off then train, and also that he said they were dating while at it. Loup is only limted by his imagination and comprehension (and some Coyete manipulations/plans). He couldn't control the forest because it was beyond what he could think of and comprehend, but removing memories, being another creature, being in two places at once and basically any easy to comprehend idea shouldn't be outside his ability. Fortunately or unfortunately, Loup isn't a thinker a planner or a manipulater, he is a doer. Whatever happens here I suspect his cover up plan will be hasty and not super well thought out, like most observable Loup plans.

He seems to only know how to control a fraction of the things he can abd ignoring the rest out of not wanting to fail like against the bubble

Loup can make anyone forget they ever found out. Repeatedly. Forever. There’s a large gap between “Loup theoretically should be able to do it, because it was routinely done by Coyote” and “Loup can do it”. This gap is currently filled with a few million tons of whisked topsoil and splintered trees. :] Loup’s almost entire problem is that he cannot do what Coyote could easily do. Which was so reliably predictable that Coyote left him a mocking message beforehand. Fortunately or unfortunately, Loup isn't a thinker a planner or a manipulater, he is a doer. Whatever happens here I suspect his cover up plan will be hasty and not super well thought out, like most observable Loup plans. This is another part of the problem, indeed. Whatever he can do, he often does sloppily, or fails to see through.
