Ya totally agree. Annie isn't too interested in details about tech! Paz though... I still wonder whether she has animal spies watching Kat when she can't be there. Like Robot, she may know a lot more than we give her credit for. Still, her motivations seem limited to "protect Kat" and "possible jealousy", so I don't know why she would do anything with info about the arrow and such...
Robot would know for sure. It seems obvious (now that I've started thinking about it) that he's quite the information sponge, and Kat considers him part of her inner circle anyway so she wouldn't hide this kind of thing from him regardless. She wouldn't hide such things from Paz either, but Paz isn't really part of the Scooby gang - she's just dating Velma.
