The Chester dorms aren't IN any danger zones...because they ARE the danger zones. Also, I'm really starting to wonder if "Chester" actually has any affiliation to the Court at all, or if it's just an independent collective of super-weird kids and the Court just sometimes drops people off there or takes them away.

My brain filled in a few letters and read "Parley's bips" as "Parley's biceps."

I'd say Parley's biceps are already pretty well ordered (sizable anyway), and probably not in great need of Andrew's "orderly improving"....
