(If Parley is literally fighting herself, the clod would have hit both creatures simultaneously. However she could be fighting a copy of herself. Or Eglamore. Or something else entirely.)

Even if it's not wisps themselves creating the illusion, they are in a wisp nest and most of the group know it.

I think Cvet was just lobbing the rock at the two figures in general, not aiming at one of them in particular since it was just two clay monsters for her.
