Welcome, penguinguy! I'm kinda new around here myself.
I suppose it's a mistake to overanalyze a single panel, but I'm really intrigued by Reynardine's reaction. He's clearly surprised, but (if I'm reading him right) not exactly startled. His "wolfie sense" is tingling for sure.
Could that be an indication that he's long suspected that there's something wrong with court!Annie, and he has suddenly realized what it is?
My current guess is that both Annies are real, but each is incomplete in some way. Maybe Rey senses in forest!Annie the bit that's been missing from the Annie he's been around for the last six months.

Rey: "Oh! Hello, Annie. Hello, also Annie."
Also Annie: "Why do I have to be Also Annie?!"

Also Annie: "Why do I have to be Also Annie?!" F!A: "Maybe I'll be Antimony." C!A: "I'm already Antimony." F!A: "What about Widowmaker?"

Thank you!
I had the same thought as well. I thought that "Oh!" was a strange response for the situation, like he's surprised but not confused, I would have expected an "Uh..." or similar phrase. Its as if he's bee expecting something like this.
I doubt that there will be an easy simple resolution to this issue, because its clear Tom loves his character interactions and exploring the many facets of his characters. This is a great opportunity for that with the different facets of Annie's character currently embodied in two separate beings.

I'm interested in seeing what the Rey/Tony dynamic is now. I kinda think they are still going to butt heads, Tony seems like all the things about the court Rey doesn't trust wrapped up into one guy. You know what they say: keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer.

You know, it wasn't until that third panel in today's page that I realized just how significant the offer to stay with her father is for Antimony. I mean, she technically lived with him in Good Hope, but I always had the impression that he was extremely distant, and she only ever really got to spend quality time with her mother. Just living in the same house as him, without her mother being there, must be a HUGE deal for her. Hence that shy, happy look in panel 3, despite all the awful weird shit that's just happened to her in the last few hours.

Like "Oh, that's where the rest of you went!" Right. As opposed to, "Oh! What's all this then?", or "Oh! There's something you don't see every day."

Rey: ... Oh, I see. Kat: WHAT?! You do?! What's going on?! Rey: Yes, there are two Annies now. Kat: That doesn't explain anything! Rey: It explains enough, doesn't it? Kat: That's a terrible ethic!

This look feels so familiar to me, but I can't place it. At first I was thinking Hettie, but then I went back and re-read that chapter.
