I haven't been keeping up with every post in recent threads, but has he actually crossed the waters yet? ( This page seems to imply he's still over the ravine.) Maybe there's some sort of force-field-y that will prevent him from physically moving closer? I'll take a tiny cookie for my partially-right, probably-obvious, guess. |

What I am a bit puzzled about is why the severed branches of the Mega-tree haven't fallen to earth... it like they are actually still connected to the tree, but just visually "interrupted" by the Sprang shield. I wonder if they are etherically interrupted as well; unable to continue sneaky anti-Court activities as long as they are "spranged" like that... When reading the page for the first time, I imagined the shied taking some time to cut through the powered-up wood. After reading the other posts on the thread I am not so sure any more... Or the moon. Ysengrin wants to show he can grab it too! |

I wonder - are the robots responsible for this shield, or is Anja? The robots are obviously generating this one, but it may have been programmed by Anja. She's the woman who built a giant magic computer after all, and said computer includes features to control Renard. Don used some other feature to stop Ysengrin way back. It's resonable to think she added other ways to protect the Court against an attack from creatures of the Forest if need be. |
