Am I imagining things or does Jones look concerned??

I know this might be wild speculation, but after stringing some clues together over the past few pages, I'm beginning to think people have started to notice the giant trees Really?? I mean, I guess I can see how you might think that, but... nah. I'm sure all the incontrovertible evidence in that direction means something else. (Those trees are less obvious than William and Janet's relationship, and these characters have managed not to notice that for years. I have great faith in their ability not to notice things. )

Maybe but the person in #1968 does appear to have John's distinctive center-parted hair.

Sometimes I wonder if Tom needs to write in the names of the "less-often-appearing characters" (or the ones who've looks have changed because of an evolving art style - which might have spared us the "wearing thin" running gag about Eglamore) by their heads to make it clear who's who.

I don't think it's a huge deal but the cast page could probably use some updates and embiggenment. New readers may be having some trouble.

I certainly think that, if that is indeed Sullivan's John, he's not been aging as noticeably as Winsbury. (Or maybe it's just the effect of his being drawn smaller.)

I feel like it couldn't be that guy, if only because that's an extremely minor character and this page only shows the big guys (relatively).

Yeah, I agree about the center-part hair; I suppose I just thought the person in #1968 didn't look much like recent John, he looks much more like old John from way back but with even shorter hair. You're probably right, it is John, but why does he look so sleepy/gothy? The closest equivalent I can find is on this page.

The Court robots are not stupid. They don't do moths-to-incinerator routine. They do Gunnerkriegsmarine routine. Counterpoint. Well, it's a situation that's not clear because presumably this doesn't normally happen. Some students may wanders around, but the bot can annoy them away. They are used to shrub dogs and shadows and whatnot. Also, that guy was bolted to the door by other robots for some reason. =]
