The arc of glowing green eyes reminds me of the psychopomps' when appearing to claim Jeanne

Well, Jeanne could see and cut Eyebrow's threads. I imagine Coyote could avoid those altogether, if we wanted to. Coyote would tie a knot into them. A knot? He'd tangle them worse than a kitten with a skein of yarn. (Then he'd summon Annie to come help him get out of the tangle.)

This is the setup for a major conflict that's been brewing for a while.
Ysengrin VS. Coyote.
Sure Ysengrin loooooooves Coyote, but there's a fine line between love and hate, and there's plenty for Ysengrin to hate Coyote for...

Is it just me, or is Coyote starting to look a bit ragged in that last panel? Could this gift really be taking something out of him? Well, it almost certainly doesn't work exactly like Ysengrin hoped, if Renard's experience with Coyote powers is anything to base our expectations on. And Ysengrin's own experience as well, remember: "I gave him power over the trees, but look how he shakes like an old man."

It's not raw brute force that can push over buildings: that's just a think he can do. I think it might be his overwhelming self-confidence and self-centered-ness?
