Aaaaaw. Reading the comments above I can see I upset a lot of SWJ losers with my words. Ops. Sorry. I forgot that weak-minded people are easily triggered by random thoughts in the internet. I didn't mean to make you cry. I should've considered your fragile little feelings. My bad. Wait... on second thought... Nah. Screw you all. Grow up and stop being so easily peeved, you wussies. Social justice warriors are sure the pits! Not sure about SWJs, though. Must be some new alt-right buzzword I haven't yet heard of. Being anti-pedophile isn't an ess-jay-wuh thing. It's a human being thing. Move along, troll. Whoa. That didn't take long. Congratulations, my friend! You're doing the ultimate act of altruism bickering with a random person in the internet about social issues. You are a beacon of light and hope for our generation! You're about to get a call from the Queen of England herself and your SJW (I got it right this time?) medal is going to arrive at your residence in 2 to 3 days. You are a true hero! I mean... you could be participating in a manifestation against pedophily, or fighting the rapists of ISIS that violate children in the name of religious fanaticism or donate money to help the thousands of muslim woman that are being raped and murdered in Mianmar as a form of ethnic cleansing or you could, you know, go there yourself as a volunteer to help them. How about starting an undersigned to change the constitution for a better protection for woman and children? But nope! You're here, behind a computer screen arguing with me. Yeah... you're truly changing the world, champ. I hope you can read the sheer sarcasm amid my words. You sad, sad hypocrite.

Wow, go off, I guess. But just so you know, having a thing for underage lesbians is something that is generally frowned upon. You have a problem, and I’m pretty sure Gunnerkrigg Court isn’t going to tickle your fancy. It’s not a schoolgirl fetish comic. (So far, at least.) Either keep it to yourself or please go away. Nobody wants to hear it.

But I see that nowadays everybody is so overly sensitive (weak) that everybody have to dread the simple act of speaking under the risk of being called a pedophile. Also... I'm 17. These underage lesbians you spoke of are around my age. So your pretty little argument has been blown up to pieces, sorry about that... Try bringing some intelligence to the table next time, mate.

You're 17. Okay. That makes sense. Either you're creepily lying about your age, or you have some serious growing up to do. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here, since you're ostensibly a "17-year-old Brazilian" who doesn't English so good. For future reference: A) It is creepy to speak of 15-year-olds, in a comic with no explicit themes and written primarily for young people, the way you did. People generally just don't talk like that around here. That's why we responded the way we did - with criticism. B) When people call you out on being creepy, it is considered rude and immature to respond to them by ranting and raving sarcastically. C) A trait of adulthood and maturity is being able to respond gracefully, intelligently and articulately to criticism. If you don't agree with said criticism, you can provide arguments against it - again, with grace, intelligence and articulation. You did none of those things. A lot of 17-year-olds have more maturity and class than you do, and so you can't go around saying "Well I'm 17!" to deflect all criticism of your comments. If you offer an apology for your immature behavior, I'm willing to offer an apology for tossing out the P-word. If you are not willing to acknowledge that you're behaving like a baby, I think this "discussion" is over. I understand that stupid arguments on the Internet don't usually mean anything, but I'm genuinely trying to give you advice - I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you're just a kid with a lot to learn, not some weird rando with no filter and no sense of how to behave appropriately. Please prove me right.

Please prove me right. And yet you're still here talking to me. I cannot take you seriously. Also: "Oh, my God! Not the P-word! Have mercy!" Are you serious? And I am the childish one? Please just call me whatever you want, man. Unlike you, I can take it without crying. First of all. Stop thinking so high of yourself, If you think my comments were bad or rude, you are a weak folk that is seriously too tender for this world. Also, it's not my fault If you can't appreciate the beauty of sarcasm. I don't want to be graceful. I want to slap you in the face with words. That's pretty much the purpose of sarcasm and that's what I've been doing so far. It's much more fun this way. Now let's talk about your "arguments". A) Your criticism just amuses me. Because I know it's something comming from people angered by something as futile as a joke and that's Just hilarious, specially knowing that you'll never critic away from the computer. Also, If you think 15-years olds (Boys and girls) are that innocent, I'm really sorry of how naive you are. So yeah. This comic is for "young audiences" but I believe they are mature enough to take a joke like normal people would do in the real world... Oooooor maybe not. B) Oh, did I hurt their feeling with my sarcasm? Flash news! I don't care. Nobody cares. Stop expecting people to pat you in the head because you had an emotional boo-boo. It's a huge display of weakness. I rather be rude than being weak. C) Well. I'm sorry, but I'm 17. What can I do? And we both know that you are diminishing the action of responding with sarcasm because you don't have the intelect to use it. I've seen you try... It's Just bad, man. And I don't now If you got the memo, but the world is not a graceful place and most of people respond to criticism ungracefully. Specially adults. Isaac Newton, Nikolas Tesla, James Cameron, Henry Ford, Mark Zuckerberg. All of them far away from being graceful, none of them keen of criticism, but all considered genius among men. Powerful Men. Hell, we even have the most ungraceful man (but in this case also stupid) as the president of the USA. Nope. The world is not a graceful place and if you can't take what reality throws at you, you are the immature one that needs to grow up to become stronger. D) Oh, wait. There is no D. Oh well. I'm not gonna apologise. Because you want me to say I'm sorry to people that insulted me because of a joke. And that's not how reality works, mate. That's just retarded. You are retarded. My reaction is the same reaction as the crushing majority. If we are bitten, we bite back. Is Basic instint. Actually, no... The huge majority would toss away logic and humor and Just Tell you all to up yours. I tried to not go down that level. You called me immature, but you are the one without the maturity to Just take a joke as it is: A joke! I didn't have the intention to offend anyone, that I asure you, but the moment I started to get insulted I could careless anymore and then I wanted to offend, to hurt. And I did. And I'm enjoying every second of It. And that's how human beings work. Your vision of mankind is an utopy, a fantasy. Is the vision of a naive child. Só you can get your graceful advice and do something very pornografic with it because right now I don't care anymore. And, for your own good, let me have the last word in this so that you don't look more like a pretentious hippy clown preaching the gracefulness of a world that dosen't exist. Just wave your white flag and shut up. It would be better for you.

Dude, this conversation is over. All you've done is rant, rave and be a baby for the past... what has it been, nearly 24 hours? Time to take a chill pill. Seriously. It's not worth all this typing. "Sound and fury, signifying nothing."
If you're not going to offer a mea culpa for being an idiot, all I can do is shrug.

Don't feed the trolls, kids. Especially when they go on long-winded overly defensive rants to mask their embarrassingly obvious insecurities. It just eats up space that could be used for actual productive discussion. Like how those candles are a fire hazard Are they playing on Game Gears?? That's impressive dedication to obscure old-school gaming

It was a painting by 17th-century Dutch artist Rubens, depicting a head that was only seen reflected in life, but cut off all the more precisely; the victim of an owl-eyed goddess who was too easily offended; in the state that you see her now, she was used as a weapon by her killer. I've recently discovered it and was surprised at who had painted it, because I had only been superficially acquainted with his later work, which would not suggest he had this in him as well, to put it lazily.
After this, I quote Kreia from memory (I left out "power" consciously) -- it is indeed strength to acknowledge a cruel truth rather than to delude oneself -- which shouldn't lead to condemning speculative thought, however -- but you claim to find joy in the cruelty of it ("I wanted to hurt", etc.), and that I do not consider a sign of strength at all (although it still should give no excuse to delude oneself). And I quote Kreia because I want to be honest about the authority I can claim: that is, a dubious one; and also to stress that I will absolutely not "take sides" in factionalist nonsense anymore if I can help it.
As for "I ship it", I pretend to hope, in the face of an almost comically pristine display of two people who seem irreconcilable, that some absurd deus ex machina will lead to unspecified imaginary teenage lesbian caresses. I have no stake in arguing whether those should happen on or off anyone's screen.
To be fair, the first sentence I quoted from you above isn't coherent either, nor is the "I don't feel insulted, but I felt insulted, so I insulted you, but I would have done it anyway" line of argument quoted next. Whereas the President is just announcing that he sees no point in making a fuss about an obvious provocation. I only mostly agree.

Galician Gaita (bag pipe) music. One of the things the Galicians, Welsh, and Scots have in common even though they are geographically separated. Of all the instrument in the world that's the most anticlimatic that you can put in the scene right now

Well, that escalated to Rule 1 breaches out of nowhere pretty quick.
I linked thematically-amusing music without the intent of encouraging a more serious discussion (about an unlikely hypothetical) and regrettably I guess I got people thinking in the wrong direction. The next panel will probably be an aromatherapy session or something similar. Or Kat may kinda want to just chill. Or maybe find out what happened today without her ever being spoken to once.
It's probably the latter.

Where the heck did Paz get all those candles? How did ordering that many objects of a typically romantic nature not set off a court alarm bell? How did she get so many candles into someone else's room? These robots aren't as on the ball the the lobsters they had watching them before. This comic sure raises a lot of interesting not controversial questions.

Paz: It's the anniversary of the day we decided to become a couple. Kat: Huh! I forgot all about it! ... pause ... Kat: Oh my gosh! I really *am* the boy in this relationship! Alternatively... Kat: The candles, the music, the sexy dress. I mean, what's going on here?

Kat: The candles, the music, the sexy dress. I mean, what's going on here? I could see a younger Kat not getting what Paz is, or at least seems to be, trying to do. But she seems to have gotten a bit more clued into emotions thanks largely to Paz. However Kats mindset is very based in reality and science, not romance, so it's still totally possible.

Paz is lucky those candles next to the fridge haven't set the shelves on fire. Look like this, yes. The tables should be much wider than the shelves, but it takes some looking at different parts and comparing to notice.
