Just how does the shift from Surma+James to Surma+Anthony line up with the relationship between the Forest and the Court (specifically, the Reynardine incident)? Coyote clearly knows Anthony, but under what circumstances did they even meet? Remains to be seen. Coyote doesn't even seem to remember him here.
