Hum... About the wallpapers : what if you made five of them in very high quality, with five different ratio ? (from wikipedia : 5:4, 4:3, 3;2, 16:10, 16:9) It would add some work, but anyone coul pick his own ratio to resize it at his convenience. (So, the question is : is it possible ?)

out of curiosity, what kind of accent to Eglamore have? Just a non-region specific English accent.

It is easier to not make any wallpapers and get on with the comic.

Yes Yes it is.
Can we scalp, (yesh that's right i said it...wrote it!) parts of the comic to make our own personal not to be redistributed wallpaper(s)?

Tom -
After seeing thereference in wednesday's comic, I was wondering- What do you think of Charles Schulz's Peanuts?

I think there was never a finer newspaper comic and there will never be anything like it again.

Tom i just realised something. For the majority your coloring is flat. Most people only [or mostly] use coloring styles to put in the details and express their charectors better visually in terms of a 2d world. However you have managed to do this without the colors [for the most part]. Your details come in during its creation and not during coloring. Most of the time i see, you subtly use colors to enhance the details you put in already.
Have i percieved this wrong?
In any case, was your style an aware decision on your part? or a path your flowed into, while making Gunnerkrigg? [maybe parts of both?]

Does the majority of Gunnerkrigg's students knows the headmaster's name ? If no, does an "elite" do ?

[maybe parts of both?] The colouring I use for the comic is intentionally simple and fast for the sake of production time. I do sometimes use it to bring out details or enhance something, but I never really wanted to be "adding" details with the colouring too much, since I feel that would be a little lazy. Of course, sometimes I do do that, like adding effects to the background or using shading on someting I want to emphasise. As with the rest of the comic though, the colouring changes all the time.

Would you be averse to a wiki being set up to accumlate information on the comic (and possibly surrounding stuff like mythology or alchemy as well)? I reackon it'd help some of us get more of the circular and tangential references (which are the most brilliant thing about GKC) and would help people not asking you billions of previously answered questions too...

I wouldn't frown on it, but as an external fan project it wouldn't be officially tied to the comic.

Tom, did you know that Boxbot got a wiki entry before you did? How does that make you feel?

*cackles evilly*
Did you know both of the two references whan you made up Surma Stibnite as a name (Sur'ma being Russian for Antimony, and Stibnite being the ore).
Also, why did you choose Mercury as Rey's symbol?
Also, do the spirits and gods and stuff actually keep in touch and have frinedships and enemies like conventional people? Would you guess Muut and Coyote have actually played each other at poker?

Of course I did. That's why I chose that name.
Coyote, Muut and a few of the others have played poker. They don't really invite Coyote around anymore.

What ethnicities are Anja and Donald (I guessed Anja is East European and Donald is Scots, but I've never been sure)?

Anja is Romani and Donald was born and raised in Scotland (before he went to the Court that is).

Is Eglamore biological or "affectionate" uncle of Kat ?

He is not related to Kat in any way. He's friends with her parents.

Did people know that Anja and Donald were "totally gonna" get married like we assume about George and Andrew, or did the marriage come as a surprise to most? Assuming they are married and not common law, of course.
