Can we settle for a handy term 'external internal mood indicator'? Extinmoodin?

Why does she look at her hands? Those would be one of few things around not affected by an unfortunate mood swing. Maybe this why? gunnerkrigg.com/?p=1004Tony does the same thing, by the way.

Here is where the next page has five windows: 1) Annie laughing 2) Annie with a neutral expression 3) Annie with a tear in her eye, a gloomy expression and outlined in red/orange. "Actually..." 4) Annie on fire and saying "run". 5) Winsbury and Janet running for their life out of the room and being chased by flames.

I guess Annie isn't going to start ranting about lemons...

Especially as it isn't even daylight savings in europe for another 2 weeks. The US, over the years, persuaded practically the entire world to go on and off DST on the same schedule... ... and then changed its own schedule. (I'd favor another change: go off of it this fall on our current schedule and then go back on it when **** freezes over.)

It's mildly annoying, but really not that big a deal surely?

It's mildly annoying, but really not that big a deal surely? It really actually is. For one, businesses lose tons of money (One study I saw claimed on the order of millions) due to productivity losses because of people's natural cycles of sleep being thrown off. Several studies have linked it to increased rates of depression. You mess with people's sleep schedule and you really mess the people themselves up.

Especially as it isn't even daylight savings in europe for another 2 weeks. And I don't know if it is genuine or not. Annie looks surprised that she isn't getting fiery, which she would only do if she was feeling annoyed but was surprised she had enough control to not show it, surely? Nah, she's just not sure how she feels. You 've never had that? You don't always know how you feel about something.
