So Kat hasn't seen Annie for several days? That seems really unresponsible for a friend. Did Annie straight up not want to see her anymore or what?

Robot's not creeping. He would rather be doing arm curls, but those two don't have tickets... to the gun show. He'll just have to wait. Robot's thinking maybe it's time for another Zimmy-induced level 6 etheric distortion, before a distortion of another kind disrupts The Work I wonder, if they see Paz or Annie, as more of a distraction. Kat seems to be doing a good amount of work since Annie's been less sociable. Good point. I hope Robot doesn't try anything that makes me hate him.

They wouldn't kill or permanently disable her. On the other hand, they are quite able to do something harsh in order to put her back to work in the Jeanne project...

More likely the fear that the robots might strike at Antony - or the Court administration (particularly if it ever leaks out that Antony was its pawn). Though that could be dangerous for them. The "Torn Sea" incident ended only with Kat telling the Seraphs she didn't want to see them again - but a more public event, and the Court might become even more afraid of the robots than it is of the forest (even Coyote) and decide that it's time to take protective measures against them (like, say, converting every last one of them into paper clips).

That's not the kind of threat I think they could be. And since Jeanne was brought up during last Wednesday's page, I think we could be finally seeing a resolution to that arc soon, which will be good. todd: Nobody is scarier than Coyote!
