Though we have not seen any other robots from the crusading army yet, to be fair. There are two other Bots in panel six, the one piloting the boat and another one. On a separate note, it would be most unfortunate if the boat landed on Gamma. I would be quite unfortunate if it landed on anyone, but I can't think of anything worse at this moment than losing Gamma.

No big change for Rey and the robot's? ? I am a little disappoint We didn't see the students change into anything. As for all this talk about whether Rey can possess a robot or not - do you think Annie's really going to give him permission? (Even if she's not concerned about killing it, since the robots are all Court property, she'd be surrendering him to the Court if she allowed him to do it.)

Those speedboats are now broken and will probably not be useful in any evacuation efforts.

The boat did come very close to landing on the kids. Also, how are they going to get back out? The exit is apparently back in the sky.
Where are Robot and Shadow though? They were on the same boat as Rey. No idea if that is an art error by Tom or they got thrown off by the impact.

The boat must be made of something crazy strong to have come out of that intact. The robots as well. Random question - can Rey possess a robot? Maybe we're just seeing it on impact, not the debris field afterward. The hull could be totally shattered while the deck remains intact, since the only post landing shot is a closeup of Renard. Anything with eyes, so, yes, I'd bet he could, but it's up to Annie.

Consequently, the vast majority of future chapters will be taking place on or near various oceans, seas, lakes, ponds, rivers, creeks, tributaries and fjords. Lagoons ! You forgot lagoons ! I love Rey's face on this page. But I'm worried about what comes next...

So they jumped. K. And plot! Don't forget plot! Anywho, so is this the part where Zimmingham is now partially brought into reality, thus allowing whatever abomination from within the chance to escape and fulfill whatever desires that they have with the real? Can spiders walk up waterwalls and on water?

So, in the past, Rey wouldn't even let Zimmy touch him...and now he's in Zimmingham. This is going to be fun!

Can spiders walk up waterwalls and on water? Some aquatic spiders sit on the water to detect ripples, in order to find prey. Even larger non-aquatic species, like the Wolf Spider, can move on the water surface. Not as well as Dock Spiders, though. I'm still waiting for Anansi to show up at the Forest. So, what music do you see playing during the jump? Ride of the Valkyries? AC/DC? For me it was "Take It to the Limit".

Random question - can Rey possess a robot? As long as it has eyes. Wonder if it would break after he left it? Oh here's a thought: what about the Thousand-Eyes? It seems likely to me that they have some sort of hive-mind (not unlike the love boat here) and I wonder whether Rey would get that sort of capability? After all, he got some cool lockpick-like claws from the lockpick set stored inside the stuffed animal he possessed from Annie. If there are robotic capabilities like communications and whatnot, then presumably he could get some sort of weird control of those as well. (Maybe even being able to jump from tic-toc to tic-toc and back without destroying them!) Not sure what those boats are made of, but that looks like at least a 25-metre drop, assuming those boats are only 5 metres tall. Those robots must be expert shipbuilders. Yes....except for the OS they put on the larger models. Anywho, so is this the part where Zimmingham is now partially brought into reality, thus allowing whatever abomination from within the chance to escape and fulfill whatever desires that they have with the real? Can spiders walk up waterwalls and on water? I'm laughing because this is such awesome nightmare fuel; thanks! The worst part -- you can't even kill them with fire. Gonna go start training to be an astronaut, until someone tells me that spiders are well adapted for space too.

I have been waiting for this chapter my whole life. Isn't Annie at least partially etheric? She appears not to be affected...but I too am interested in how Rey will fare! So, in the past, Rey wouldn't even let Zimmy touch him...and now he's in Zimmingham. This is going to be fun! That's a testament to his loyalty towards the girls. Warms my heart.

Those speedboats are now broken and will probably not be useful in any evacuation efforts. If it's not breached, it's not broken. If it can be patched, it's not breached. Also, how are they going to get back out? The exit is apparently back in the sky. Yes, but the perimeter is holed. And presumably leaking. Now it's in the sky, but in a few minutes it may end up accessible. Or it matters that the stone is half-dream, while the boat is real and not even supersaturated enough to spontaneously transform (yet).

If Rey asserts his dominance as having jaws superior than any witch magic by biting that tag off Annie's arm, I might just fall in love with him. Sadly I doubt that'll happen, but I can dream.
Actually, so long as Rey is now a threat to the ship, I wonder what effect those tags would have on him. Sealing him back up in his doll form, I bet.

I'm still waiting for Anansi to show up at the Forest. I doubt he'd stay long; Coyote would boot him out, saying "Hit the road, Nancy! There's only room for one trickster-god in this comic!"

Not entirely true; they would probably merge their forms to become one. And by that I mean coyote would eat him.

(Shadow would have caught Robot and fluttered gently to the ground. Yes?) I don't see them in panel 6 so you could be right, that would be great.
