 a PAINFUL amount of editing in MS Paint Try paint.net, basically the same as MS Paint, but with just that little bit extra to make it less painful.  Free, and without the steep learning curve of Gimp or Photoshop |

Was cropping this out for a discord emote, turned out to be exactly 150x150 before scaling down. How convenient   not the cleanest crop, but it biggest it displays at is only 32x32 anyways so i wasn't too concerned about it |
