I don't know where this one is from, but this particular incarnation of Annie is SMOKING HOT <3

Looks like either light armor from tribes or a ghost from starcraft, but I doubt it's either giving a lack of distinguishing marks. Bodysuits are such a common design in SF shows and games these days... it's a sweet design though, looks practical and realistic while still super cool.
Also more than a little bit hot :3
ass rifle is pretty cool also, looks like it's vaguely based of an FN2000. sound supressor and some kind of designation laser?

The assault rifle appears to be from Starship Troopers, at least they use a very similar design there. But I don't know where to place Annie's costume. Although it looks oddly familiar.
Also, both two recent pictures are awesome! I don't know who that dragon army is, but they don't stand a chance! ;D

While fixing some too thick lines from resizing I messed up the colors somewhere else. Everything fixed now I hope. D:
I slapped the rifle together from a Famas, a P90, G36, and ACR with a random suppressor and a M4 Magpul magazine. I guess it wouldn't fire a single bullet if actually put together. I did that years ago already, but I liked how it had turned out to look pretty sci-fi so I had to put it in. :x
The suit is from Appleseed Ex Machina, an anime I've never seen except for some posters, I liked the design a lot, so there goes.

I slapped the rifle together... Heh, that explains the similarities. They do a lot of hacking up and patching together of existing weapons to create the guns for sci-fi movies. Some googeling revealed that the one from the Starship Troopers movie apparently consists of a Ruger AC556k and a Ithaca M37, and it does look a bit different after all. Never seen Appleseed either, but I know the name. Probably saw some advertisement for it somewhere.

On a totally unrelated note, I tried myself at some realism. Actually not GC fanart, but there's nothing a little photoshop can't do. edit: And now that I read this, it sounds like I photoshopped a random picture I found somewhere. I drew it myself though. D: Miss Antimony Carver as an adult I guess. :x

But oddly, the rifle actually helped me get to that. I was convinced I'd seen it before.

I listen to a lot of music when I sketch... Tell me something, oh tell me true Do you hate me as much as I love you?-Z Movie Saga, The Fratellis And now she knows she doesn't have to worry I would not make her sorry There's nothing on my mind And life seems kind Now, I want her she wants me- I Want Her She Wants Me, The Zombies Also, I promise that I will finish my sketch of Surma and baby Antimony and post it eventually (because maybe if I promise it in public, I'll actually do it.) *Sidenote- I did these drawings before we saw older Jack.

Digital Art is not my forte, but I wanted it to be in the style of Gunnerkrigg. I plan to do it more in my own style later.

Well if you're feeling slumped, one look at boxbot tissues will remind you that there is someone more terrible than you.
Animoose's Paz is really great.

] I'll be waiting for your own style) Here it is. Feel a little cheap, submitting the same picture twice, but I do kinda like how it turned out in the other rendering. Again, the concept is that Annie was showing off her flying ability (like Surma did for Reynardine), and Jack took her by surprise. Apparently he kept some things over from the Spider.

Afalstein, I like the concept and most of the work.
But there's this - thing - behind Annie. I think it's supposed to be a leg. I'm not sure what it is, but it absolutely is not a leg. It isn't even where a leg should be.
Very distracting.

Hmmm?
What's wrong with the leg? Isn't a girl allowed to kick her feet back when she's surprised in mid-air?

Hmmm? What's wrong with the leg? Isn't a girl allowed to kick her feet back when she's surprised in mid-air? The foot seems too long/big. Not that I could do better; it is a nice picture, especially with your coloring.
