I suspect that Jones wouldn't be able to see the etheric stuff at all. I imagine that if she tried to enter that door Mort opened, she would just come out from the other side like it was just an ordinary egress. She probably couldn't get to visit the Realm of the Dead if she tried, for obvious reasons.
