My young relative's birthday came up this month, and since I've been passing along the books as Tom publishes them, it would've been nice to have Volume 5... Oh well. At ten years of age, and being carefully raised away from internet-immersion, there's no way this will spoil the surprise. Last year, I made an EDM track based on Antimony, then gave it a remix based on her progression from Fire Spike to Tall Tales. Then the last chapter happened.
I made this after the bonus page last Wednesday, and spent a week looking for a good sample.

(Took a bit less than half an hour, I think.) I could’ve drawn Ysengrin instead – and almost did –, but I wanted to do something simpler. In case anyone’s interested, it’s was done in one single layer (ignoring the rough-sketch one). |

A lot of people over on Tumblr have been pointing out the various similarities between Steven Universe and Gunnerkrigg Court - part-human kid associated with pink whose mother gave up her existence to bring them into the world, nonhuman surrogate parents with mysterious pasts, and so on and so forth. With that in mind, let's have a crossover!  So this is Annie and Kat as a fusion gem - Seraphinite and Blinker Stone making Creedite. I based her outfit on the outfits from the latest treatise. albeon, I really like your wallpaper, but I think it is a bit too busy. When you do a wallpaper, you need to make sure you have a quiet zone where the person using it will put their icons (preferably on the left side or the top), and this wallpaper doesn't quite have that. I mean, there’s the bottom third, but that’s just not a good place to leave your icons. That’s just a matter of personal taste, anyway. A lot of people don’t care much about it, and don’t get bothered by icons obstructing the wallpaper (and/or the wallpaper making the icons hard to see). I don’t know how those people live. Then there’s people like me. Although I care a lot whether a wallpaper looks clean and have a nice place for the icons, I simply don’t have icons on my desktop at all (okay, there’s two; none of which I actually use), so I don’t mind having a busy wallpaper. I would gladly use yours if I didn’t love my current Night Vale one so much.
