Paz looks like some kind of esoteric angel from a daemonic bestiary with wings circling around her head like that.

Quick pic of some sketchbook fanarts. I'll scan them when I get home on Friday/Saturday and give you guys a link. Annie is doing the robot if it's not clear. The last one is an AU where the worst thing to happen on the cruise is Jack getting a black eye after getting a surprise picture with Zimmy (Gamma may have been in on it).

jombra - looks amazing, though is Annie's head really that pink? Regardless, especially Rey's face is perfect.

I added some dark red at the base and tip, but didn't really go through a bunch of possible mixes. Edit: okay here's the link on my tumblr to the good quality pics. Her hair is just as pink.

That is an eerie take on the current chapter (The Torn Sea).

Thank you all. I'm actually pretty surprised at how it turned out, because I usually suck at drawing people, but this time I'm quite satisfied with the outcome. That is an eerie take on the current chapter (The Torn Sea). Holy... I hadn't realized it! It was supposed to be a funny take on pages 1200& 1201, but now it's kind of creepy...

I was planning to do this since my pc crashed and I lost my Kat/Munch fanart. The same thing happened to me, except the art I lost was not nearly as excellent as yours. At least I still have the sketches on paper. I've been "working" on it for almost two years now, and I'll probably post it here before the comic ends.

Here's a quick sketch I did. I was originally going to do a lot more with it, but I ended up having a lot more trouble then I expected, so it's kind of unfinished. Well, very unfinished. Figured I'd toss it up anyway though for the hell of it. A slightly larger version (still much smaller than the original) for your viewing convenience. I really really like this, and I can't put my finger on why. I think it reminds of ancient art. Super cool.

I found a thing. It does not belong to me, but I felt like sharing it here:
So that's why Shadow likes bird-form so much!

Kat does not seem like the serious teacher type to me (headcannon: Kat is the enthusiastic teacher, similar to her approach to robotics), but I still love the concept of her teaching Shadow proper bird anatomy. Nice find!

Nice find! She looks somewhat uncertain of herself mainly because she's wondering why she, rather than Paz, is the teacher here.

I found it a while ago, but the original post has been deleted, as far as I can tell so I know not.

I imagined this image as a bit of a secret thing (as in, she's looking embarrassed because she knows what Annie would say).

Did anyone ever figure out how Tom does the texture? I've been using this thing I threw together in Gimp but I'm guessing there's some filter or script-fu that comes closer..

www.dropbox.com/sh/u4m4clyni55ldjd/AADDHpaqWhZY5XQ8IpJWzWtea?dl=0Link to a folder with all of today's livestream sketches. I let watchers tell me what to draw. A few non-gunnerkrigg images got in there, but there's something gunnerkrigg related on every page. Even samurai jack dressed as Eglamore. As you can tell I like robot the most. Bird Shadow was a lot of fun to draw!

To me it looks kind of like tarot, which has been a theme of this thread before and might be what you have in mind. Go to gunnerkriggtarot.deviantart.com to see most of them. In other news, I have difficulty thinking this is not an allusion to City Face, but I don't know because I'm not the one who did it.

whitehawk: I was never a fan of the GKC tarot deck, myself. They all are amazing individually (especially Surma's card), but since they're all in different styles it looks odd as a whole.
