...Now I have a Beatles' song stuck in my head. Yesterday... all my troubles seemed so far away... now I need a place to hiiide away, oh I believe, in yesterdaaaay... Annie's choice of words is interesting. "Not over something like this". They've used the cherry tree to resolve interpersonal conflicts before, perhaps?

You know, they did actually get drunk on those cherries...Or is that what you were saying? I've considered it more than likely that they were just having a lot of fun and got really excited and giddy.

Given their penchant for running rampant across the Court, I wouldn't be surprised.

...Now I have a Beatles' song stuck in my head. Try to see it my way, only time will tell if I am right or I am wrong. While you see it your way, there's a chance that we may fall apart before too long. I call it, Kat will say this in next page. Or the page after.

I'm having Monty Python reference overdose please help I'm sure there's a Monty Python flavored retort somewhere in here, but it's 1 o'clock and I'm exhausted. Ha! The Goose Gunnar is exhausted and I can live my day in a not-sidesplitting way!

Why didn't Renard go with Kat? After a speech, a hug and a 'sniff sniff' comment?

Aah, after reading Annie in the Forest, I can see why it was put up today... It seems kind of relevant. Please, explain. I have the first issue, but I don't see the connection. Is it something from the second part? Anyways, I did include Kat in my personal list of probable people, mostly because the chapter can't go for that much longer and not having her and Annie even meet would be just trolling at this point. It's about they actually talked about this, and hopefully about some of Annie's problems, as well. I'm a sucker for good dialogue any time, funny or serious. Why didn't Renard go with Kat? After a speech, a hug and a 'sniff sniff' comment? It's not like they're staging an intervention, or anything. Under the circumstances it would have been pretty rude for him to butt in.

I've considered it more than likely that they were just having a lot of fun and got really excited and giddy. If you look at how they're acting ( here is the start of the incident), with Annie's quick descent into sadness, as well as the lack of coordination, loss of blood circulation, and general disregard for both their clothes and random authority figures, it seems like more than just giddiness. I may be reading too much into it, though

This is has to be a one-on-one conversation; anybody else involved would just complicate matters; even if it's your other best friend, when you need to have a serious conversation like this, you have to work it out one-on-one.

Oh man ANNIE WTF. What does gravitating towards yet rejecting the cherry room mean?!
Possibilities: - Annie feels rejected by kat (as a friend) - Annie feels rejected by kat (as more than a friend) - Annie is homophobic and creeped out (ANNIE!! D:) and is rethinking all the times they hugged - Annie actually has no idea how she feel and it's a combination of more than one of the above
It's an interesting reversal of when Annie came back to the court after summer.
And this comic makes me none the wiser. And I think anxious due to my own experiences which is lame ahahaha

Is it something from the second part? No, I just made the connection to Annie's abandonment issues. That feeling of not belonging anywhere and that everybody has someone except her. Both Kat and Kamlen.

Edit: Took me an eternity to find this page; I knew it was at the end of one of the chapters, but it was WAY further back than I remembered.

Also did it load slowly for anyone else? yeah, slow for me too Yup. Took me two days. And I bet the next one will take three. As to the song, Sting's "Practical Arrangement" plays in my head now.

I just made it more complicated than I had to in my head. I assumed that maybe Annie ran away in a similar manner after the Kamlen fiasco, or something.

wot ta hawk? Anyway if we are talking about etheric stuff, then Zimmy said it was scary. He heh he And it has to be in reverse, Annie. Kat has Mr Eggers, birdboy and now Paz. You only have Jack and his Zimmy-crazed squashed white spider. Edit: Annie also has something on with the green elf, too, I figure

So far so good. Kat hasn't mentioned Antimony's upbringing and Antimony hasn't said anything that could come off as homophobic. But the real test won't be this encounter. It will be when the reality of the 5th wheel sets in. Which is why all roads lead to Jerk City. Hang in there, genteel forum-goers. You know, they did actually get drunk on those cherries...Or is that what you were saying? I've considered it more than likely that they were just having a lot of fun and got really excited and giddy. It was also Formsprung that there was a mild sugar buzz involved.

I neither believe nor hope this, but just for the calls, I call it now: they have a serious discussion, a little bit of tears, all dissolves in laughter and then they kiss. This goes deeply against the epic battle prophecy, so I'm against it, but just want to say "I told you so" if it happens.

You only have Jack and his Zimmy-crazed squashed white spider. Edit: Annie also has something on with the green elf, too, I figure That's questionable. It's Zimmy seeing it in a dream where she also had a thing with Jones. And the "green elf" kind of resembled Jeanne's lover, so might be related to that just as much. Or even Coyote in disguise. ...and Jack, that was never a thing. Annie set it up to hurt him and failed. Annie has basically never had anybody, except potentially in the forest, but even that seems improbable, because whenever she visits forest there's no a single sign she would be looking for someone she cares about more than the rest. There's nothing like she had some special relationship waiting there, which is something you'd expect if she had as much as been close to kiss a green elf boy when she was in the forest. She would be either cautious not to meet him (if that went badly) or look for him to meet him (if it went well).

They sort it out, Kat convinces her she isn't any less her BFF, Annie deals with the new situation and there is a hug. That's the most important thing. The hug is mandatory.
