Hahahaha! Just like my first date... Followed by the restraining order. Honestly though, I'm sure many of us have had worse dates, but poor Kat must be feeling pretty low. With the anxiety of ruining "the moment", added to teenage hormonal angst, she must be devastated. Mildly poisoned, but still devastated.

I want to know what that device is, because to me it really looks like a sound system amp...I don't think that's what it is though. It is identical to a variable DC power source I have. But it could be anything, knowing Kat.

Hahahaha! Just like my first date... Followed by the restraining order. The next date was on a shooting range? Honestly though, I'm sure many of us have had worse dates, but poor Kat must be feeling pretty low. With the anxiety of ruining "the moment", added to teenage hormonal angst, she must be devastated. Or about to start nervously giggling.

At least that brought an end to Smooth-Kat. It was getting too much Kat.
Now was it an accident or did a jealous robot cause this?

And that day Kat learned that flirting with your girlfriend doesn't belong in the same room with complex chemical experiments.

Welp, nix what I said in the last thread I'm going to hazard a guess that this is probably her first time doing this kind of test. Paz seemed kind of confused throughout that whole exchange. Though with Kat getting in her face like that, not much of a surprise.

I want to know what that device is, because to me it really looks like a sound system amp...I don't think that's what it is though. Probably a Power supply and an amplifyer. the cube shaped device, with the bunsen burner on top, by my guess would be an oscilloscope to provide a wave form for testing the muscle, by making it twitch. So....... what exactly exploded in a cloud of nauseating gas? The prototype muscle? No wonder she wants Pazs help. Yes it was the Muscles that is making all the smoke, Kat forgot to double check the initial settings of the equipment, Causing kat to run too much current and voltage through the prototype Setting it on fire, or worse. You know, I wonder if the reason they needed Annie was because of the danger of fire. Can Annie control any fire? Or just fire of her own making? Annie can only control her own fire, as it is made with the help of her blinker stone. Annie would have been useful to make a forcefield around the experiment. which would have kept the smoke and fumes isolated. wait, you're doubting that organic tissue would cause smoke when sufficiently electrified? I'm not, I know meat burns very well, same with electronics and chemicals. As I said, reasonable current. I'm talking about making that thing twitch, not "well done". Well she went straight from well done to burn the house down. What are your feelings on this? perhaps in her eagerness to 'electrify' Paz, she overcooked it in focusing on Paz, Kat forgot where she should have been focusing. the Experiment. And I should know, I've accidentally microwaved myself. Not a fun experience, but it was an interesting experiment had it gone better.

It's possible that Annie could control any fire. For example, she seemed to be controlling the burned iid's fire in 'Ghost Story', and Ysengrin said that Annie would have had trouble in Fun City if there was another creature that could control fire there. I took that to mean that those other creatures would have been able to control her fire, implying that she would have been able to control theirs as well (leading to an epic fire duel). If she can control these esthetic fires, why wouldn't she be able to control normal chemical fires as well? Plus it gives a reason she has to be there.

I cannot say I am surprised at this convenient malfunction. Gotta keep it PG. kissing is PG! it's just that Kat's moves need work . and her to chill out. She just need to buy a PUA manual, hit the weights, make some gainz and do some negging. Paz will take a running jump into her arms. Just kidding. We all know pick up artists are terrible human beings.

Well, it is recommended to thoroughly cook poultry to avoid salmonella. Some people just take food safety very seriously. No one will catch a salmonella infection from that undercooked wing.
