This one doesn't, because it's primarily for talking about the comic and issues related to it. On days between updates speculation turns into chatter, and that's normal, as long as it's confined to the latter half of the update thread and does not spill out and create its own threads (save General Discussion, which Tom has graciously decided to not delete) or hijack other threads. |
