You can also right-click -> copy image, and the image itself is put right into the clipboard so you can paste it into an editor without having to bother with cropping.
As for actually saving, right-click -> save image as

I got a new tablet and decided to procrastinate!!! I felt like Loup needed a party hat. When I initially thought of this I thought it would be silly, but now I'm sad he's never gotten a birthday party, even though he's been pretty despicable (most infants are pretty selfish)...  |
