It's from Ctrl, Alt, Delete.
It's not a very good webcomic and a few years about they tried to be super serious with a huge arc involving the main character and his gf/wife trying to get pregnant (note, this is supposed to be a "humorous" webcomic about gaming) which ended in a miscarriage. Ever since then people have been trying to fit the infamous strip into every page in the webcomic which occasionally spills over into other comics.
